We’ve moved up for features and power, larger lawn, etc and I’m happy to say all 3 mowers are still being used by other family members. I like that I can stand this up in my single car garage saving much needed room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes mowing fun. It’s easy to use, the battery lasts a long time, and gets the job done. It’s a huge improvement over our gas-powered push mower, since we don’t have to store gas. Relatively quiet too.

Although the mower is a perfectly good mower, Greenworks provides no customer or sales support. It is almost impossible to contact Greenworks either by phone, chat or email. In addition, although Greenworks provides various tools that use the same batteries, it is impossible to buy a tool only, even if you already have a battery and charger.
