I installed everything has instructed, yet when I went to operate the mover the blades would not turn on. In the display was the code for a loose connector or bad controller. I wished for a loose connector; however, what I found when I removed the rear cover was that the connectors were very loose, they were not attached at all. After connecting both plugs and reassembling the rear cover, the mower blades started. I'm happy with the performance of the mower. I'ver cut the yard 5 times now and I'm happy with the battery life as well.

I live in the Country in Western NY and my First Purchase was a 16" 40V Chainsaw -- After that purchase and 100's of hours on that chainsaw and still works as good as the second one I bought new as a Standby. Long story short many green works items in my Arsenal and performance and longevity have been SUPERIOR to any other equipment I have used. BRUSSLESS if possible is the answer, I have only had a few fails and they were the BRUSHED versions so spend the extra coin and go BRUSHLESS!! --Now on the Renewed Crossover T -- so far very Impressed and I try at age 67 now to not ABUSE my equipment -- and since the crossover T has to haul MY BUTT on it, thats almost enough STRESS without mowing lol -- the Skinny this unit is super smooth and the more you use and learn the better it gets, only noise is the mower blades and it cuts GREAT -- This Mower is used on a little over an Acre and gets 2 cuts b4 needing charged and could maybe go 3 but not wanting to abuse the batteries (QTY. 4) - BTW also have 2 stage Blower 60V and 2 60V Mini Bikes ALL OUTSTANDING -- MANY THNX GREENWORKS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Greenworks Pro 21" mower which was great for our prior house that had a yard that was less than a quarter acre in size, but was not sufficient for for our new home has just under 3/4 of an acre. I got the 25" self-propelled, and it has cut down my mowing time and gets the entire lawn cut with the 2 batteries when they are fully charged.

Particularly when not using the headlights, the batteries last longer than the time to charge them. I own two sets of batteries, allowing for near continuous use of the mower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I was reluctant to buy one of these mowers, but I realized that it will make mowing so much less of a chore and I would be able to mow the lawn even if I strained my back. It could also help me haul things around my yard. I have mowed with it 4 times now, and it can do my 1/2 acre 2-1/2 times on a charge. It is actually fun to use and makes mowing easy and less of a chore. I love it.
