Well built but very difficult to push/manuever

This mower is NOT easy to push. After putting my mower together and mowing the front lawn I was ready to return it - that is until I was told I have to pay return shipping which would be almost half the cost of the mower. I'm going to try to struggle through using this until I can justify buying a new one. But even on the slightest incline in the yard - meaning barely noticeable unless you are really studying the yard, it is VERY difficult to push and I'm under 50 years old and in better shape than most of my peers. With that being said it is very well built and I believe that if I was a 190 lb man in good shape I'd be able to handle it just fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your honest feedback! We are sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of this unit. This product weighs 59.5 lbs. (27 kg) without the battery, the included battery will add ~ 6lbs. As each user's capabilities vary it is hard to say whether it would be considered easy to push for everyone. We do not recommend mowing on the slopes with incline more than 15°. If you are not comfortable, do not mow on a slope Self-propelled mowers are also a great option as this requires no pushing from the operator, all you have to do is walk behind it and steer.

I have used the lawn mower to cut my yard three times now. Quality seems good. A single battery on one charge is more than adequate for the 30 minutes to cut the grass. I am using the mulching feature and it does a very nice job. The amount of effort to push this is not a factor (I am 58) and requires just a bit more than walking behind a self propelled. However, I imagine if you use the bag it will become a lot harder to push as the bag fills up.

Can't say enough good things about this company

The mower I purchased 2.5 years ago developed a hard vibration that caused the battery pack to wiggle lose and disconnect. I had neglected to register it for a warranty and didn't even have my receipt. Not expecting much, I called Support. They sent me a new blade, hoping that would do the trick. It helped but the vibration was still bad so the company is sending me a new mower.
