got this a few months ago its ruined gas mowers for me. Great build quality, plenty of battery my 1/4 acre lot doesn't even put a dent in the charge, this unit is super quiet, I love that it folds up for storage and I never have to worry about spark plugs, oil or gas. Only minor complaint is that there seems to be a small ramp up when you engage the self propel mode, but I've gotten use to it.
Love this mower!

This is the best lawnmower hands down. We were very satisfied with the greenworks pro dual blade lawnmower. It made cutting our lawn a breeze the perfect cut every time. The self propelled feature was the best it shaved about 30 minutes off of our yard work. The batteries stay charged for a long time. All I can say is EXCELLENT craftsmanship and DURABILITY and PERFORMANCE we are very satisfied customers.

Great cut. I can mow my 1/3 acre with the supplied battery and one extra that came with my leaf blower. The batteries do take some time (1 or 2 cuts) to break in and reach full capacity.

Bought this mower about 2 months ago, have used it 4 times so far and love it! Great mower to use only 2 bars battery to finish front and back yard in no time and quiet, eco-friendly! Only complain I have so far is clippings keep falling off even it is not very full. Hope this mower will last us years to come! Great product so far, thanks!

Used 3 times since purchasing several weeks ago. Very satisfied so far. Cuts and mulches very well. Lightweight and easy to maneuver. The battery has lasted approximately 1 hour each use. Would definitely recommend based upon my experience so far.

I had a defective battery and contacted Giulio with this issue. He was most helpful in explaining what was required of me.
Long story short, I was sent a replacement battery.

Received my 25 inch mower and so far, after using it about 4 times, I like it a lot. 4 instead of 5 stars because there is no side discharge option. Otherwise it does what it says it will. Time will tell on durability and service.

So far so good but a second battery is a must

Mower cuts well even with our thick St Augustine lawn but battery ran out about 2/3 through the job (we have less than 1/4 acre lot including the house). So a second battery is a must. Now I just have to find somewhere to buy one since Greenworks does not have them in stock. BTW Powerworks 60v 5.0 Ah battery does not fit. Since Greenworks makes Powerworks why can't you make one that fits both?

The run time of a lawnmower is dependent on the load acting against the unit and fluctuates depending on the height setting, the terrain, grass height, type of grass, whether you are mulching etc - there are so many factors to consider. The run-time of a battery would depend on the load acting on the unit while in use (speed, terrain, unit height, grass height, and density). Please be aware that the more power being used from the lawn mower (i.e. lawn mower speed, terrain, grass height, density, etc.), the faster the battery charge will drain. Here are a few tips to help you extend the run time. 1) Set the mower to the highest cutting height (or 1/3 of the length of grass), mow no more than 1/3 of the total length at a time. 2) Mow in the morning or late afternoon to reduce the heat stress on newly cut grass and ensure that grass is dry. 3) Only use the self-propelled feature when needed. We hope these tips will help you with the issue you have encountered.
