I don't have to deafen myself anymore mowing the lawn between a loud mower and music over that! It's a switch from gas, but I figure I'll save on gas in a few months of mowing. And pushing a button to start up beats the spring fight to start the gas mower.
I have a small lawn, about 1250 Sq ft. I can mow it several times on one battery charge. My lawn is nice thick grass and the Greenworks mower has more than enough umph !
I purchased the 60V after using the 40V for a season. Absolutely love them both. I put them together myself (totally not mechanical mind) without issue. I love the self-propel as I have a hill to mow and I just walk along and it all gets done beautifully! No problems thus far - great product
Perfect electric mower but may need more batteries

My expectations were generally met. I moved into a brand new house with new sod. After hiring someone to do the first two cuts, I finally cut it myself with this 60v 25ft mower. It's nice and quiet and very easy to use. I started mowing while my son was still sleeping (9am) and he said he couldn't hear anything. All the controls are right in front and center and are easy to use. Changing the deck height is a snap, and once you figure out how to start it, it's so easy and reliable. Our grass is less than two months old therefore it grows VERY fast. In addition, our yard is pretty big (over a third of an acre). These two things combined meant that I had to use the two batteries through two and a half cycles for my first mow. I plan to not cut the grass as low next time, which means it should cut faster next time, and I really like the product and would like to get a trimmer, leaf blower and snow blower, so I will have plenty of batteries once there is another sale ^_^ The bag is also on the smaller side, so I felt like I had to empty the bag a lot, however, like I said, our grass grew fast and there was a lot to mow. By next summer, when my grass settles in and stops growing so much and I have extra batteries, I think this mower will be perfect.
Powerful mower. Adjustable speed is a plus. Cut is not as even as my old Lawnboy, primarily because of less vacuum effect and more weight. Nice to dispense with fuel and exhaust fumes.
I recently purchased a new home, and with the new home came new obstacles to mow around. With a steep incline in the backyard a self-propelled mower was a MUST. A neighbor recommended this mower, and it did not disappoint. Putting it together took less than 5 minutes, and by the time I got the box in the recycling the batteries were ready to go. The incline was a breeze. This mower is wider than any of my other previous mowers. It's extremely quiet (I had a conversation with my wife while mowing). Outside of the just "cool/useful feautures" was something I had never noticed with other mowers. A safety feature that does not allow the mower to roll backwards after deactivating the self-propel trigger. It's not mentioned enough in reviews, and it's very useful on the incline. Highly recommend this mower for your sake, your neighbor's sake, and your yard's sake.
