[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BOUGHT FOR WIFE & SHE LOVES IT (EXCEPT SHE NEVER CAN REMEMBER ALL THE THINGS YOU HAVE TO DO TO START IT!!). WELL BUILT, GOOD BATTERIES....HOWEVER, HORRENDOUS REGISTRATION PROCESS. CAN'T JUST USE 2546202. HAVE TO REGISTER MOWER, CHARGER & EACH BATTERY SEPARATELY (ALL DIFFERENT MODEL #'S & SERIAL #'S) AND NONE OF THEN ARE ON THE BOX? AND YOU WAIT UNTIL THE END TO TELL ME THAT YOU NEED PHOTO RECEIPT UPLOADED? WELL, I BOUGHT ONLINE. SO WENT TO RETAILER, FOUND ONLINE DIGITAL RECEIPT, PRINTED AS PDF AND...OH, YOU DONT ACCEPT PDF'? SO I HAD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF MY COMPUTER MONITOR, DOWNLOAD TO COMPUTER AND...OH PICTURE IS OVER 10 MB (TOO BIG?) IN THE MEAN TIME EACH TIME I DID THIS AND WASNT ABLE TO ATTACH RECEIPT PHOTO, I HIT SAVE AND EXIT (NEVER TO BE FOUND AGAIN!!) I EVEN CREATED AN ACCOUNT, ADDED MY MOWER TO "PURCHASED ITEMS" IN HOPES THAT FOR EACH ITEM I REGISTERED, MAYBE IT WOULD REMEMBER OR AUTO FILL IN PERSONAL INFORMATION, BUT NOPE! SO, I SERIOUSLY DOUBT I WILL EVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN UNLESS YOU CAN FIX THESE ISSUES. GOOD GRIEF!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this self-propelled mower! I have a large yard, so I might get another battery. Otherwise, this makes me take a well-needed break.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the 21" version for 5 years and had no issues. The new 22" one handles damp grass great! Getting an 8 amp battery with this bundle is worth its weight in gold.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far quality seems good, no problems found. I have had this rider for about a month now and really like it. It's quiet and smooth. Best part, no gas, no oil, no sparkplugs, no dead battery, no engine starter to go bad, no air filters, NO BELTS or pulleys, no loud engine noises, no hot exhaust catching stuff on fire. As you can see the list goes on. Never going back to gas again. My die hard old school neighbor checked it out and after 3 minutes he was sold, said he plans to sell his john deere zero steer after this season and pick up this rider for next year. My wife loves it cause it is easy for her to use and also she can mow the grass while our baby is taking her afternoon nap and not worry about waking her up. The six batteries last more than long enough to do my 1 acre of grass about 3 times before I need to charge.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
