Hate to say it but it makes me WANT to cut the grass. The mower is even quieter than I thought it would be and I even cut grass at last light when it was cooler because of the led lights. Able to cut my lawn twice on one battery charge and the grass " looks" better when I finish than it ever did using the gas mower. Very happy with my purchase.

Well built but very difficult to push/manuever

This mower is NOT easy to push. After putting my mower together and mowing the front lawn I was ready to return it - that is until I was told I have to pay return shipping which would be almost half the cost of the mower. I'm going to try to struggle through using this until I can justify buying a new one. But even on the slightest incline in the yard - meaning barely noticeable unless you are really studying the yard, it is VERY difficult to push and I'm under 50 years old and in better shape than most of my peers. With that being said it is very well built and I believe that if I was a 190 lb man in good shape I'd be able to handle it just fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

(27 kg) without the battery, the included battery will add ~ 6lbs. As each user's capabilities vary it is hard to say whether it would be considered easy to push for everyone. We do not recommend mowing on the slopes with incline more than 15°. If you are not comfortable, do not mow on a slope Self-propelled mowers are also a great option as this requires no pushing from the operator, all you have to do is walk behind it and steer.

Used my new Pro 60V 4 times now in the mulching mode on my small 1700 sq' yard. Very pleased with this mower, light weight, easy to maneuver and storage is a dream. Charged the battery after the first use, then used the battery three times without a recharge. Yes my yard is small. Seems to be a well built and thought out mower.

When my mower came, I opened the box to find the wires that run through the handle were cut. After calling, I was told a replacement would be sent. When I receive my working mower I will be able to review how I like it.

Battery problem for 60v 5.0

Bought it two years ago. Worked great at the beginning. The battery lasted just enough to cut my entire lawn. But the battery got weaker and weaker. It now won't even cut 1/4 of the lawn in one charge. The battery indicator shows 3 of 4 but it stops working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. The lawnmower works well enough. If you need an extra battery or a part for the lawnmower, you're SOL. They also failed to include the chute and mulch plug in my box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
