Other than being quiet, there's nothing to like about this mower. There is no hose cleanout, the handle is too long, it does not like curves and slow is way too slow, fast is way too fast. Apparently they've never read Goldilocks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Newburgh Chip,
Thank you for your honest feedback! We are sorry to hear that your purchase fell below expectations. While the handle cannot physically be shortened, it can be locked into two different positions. One position is more suitable for taller individuals while the other is suited towards smaller user. The self-propelled drive system with variable speed rear-wheel drive lets you easily tackle any terrain and you can operate the unit without the self-propelled feature simply do not pull the lever associated with the propelling feature and the unit will not propel forward.
Nonetheless, would like to hear more about your experience to see how we can do better in the future. Please give our Customer Care team a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). Thank you for your feedback!
