No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking to leave feedback for this lawn mower. We understand you are still waiting to get your mower fixed or replaced. The only time a customer would need to purchase a part is if the damage was a user error. This tool comes with a 4-year manufacturer's warranty and issues related to the product would be covered by us the manufacturer. Depending on which part is damage we may not have those available for customers and we do advise the safest option is to purchase the whole assembly to ensure all parts are replaced and customers are not using a damage unit. Quiet and Dependable!

I was skeptical about getting a battery powered lawn mower and I recently got this one delivered last week.. It was easy to set up. I also enjoyed the weight and look of the lawnmower, looked very sturdy and well built. It included the 5amp battery with the fast charge, it lasted around 35 minutes on a single charge however charging it was super quick.. from low to full charge in around 40 minutes. I love it, Hoping to get another 5amp battery soon!

Tesla of mowers.

Not as quiet as a Tesla but a lot quieter than a gas mower. Nice torque and speed control. So far not bogged down in grass but only mowing winter Rye. Definitely more efficient with 25" width and decent self propelled speed. Also nice to store vertical in tight space. So far, so good. Hopefully will feel the same with summer mowing.

My 1st attempt at gas free living, did research and chose Greenworks after looking over multiple mowers. Easy to assembly, starts easy, cuts even and is easy to push and maneuver. Plenty of power for 1/4 acre with no bogging in 4" grass, using 60V 5Ah battery. Would recommend this mower.

After using a gas powered mower for decades I was skeptical making this purchase. I am extremely happy with the 25” mower. It cuts the entire 1/3 acre with no issues. The grass is cut perfectly even and the wider cutting path means fewer passes. Charging of batteries is quick and easy. I wish I had switched a long time ago. Now I need to look for some more Greenworks tools and complete my green conversion.

Perfect Mower

Best Christmas present! I had my lawn redone last fall and I did not want to use my old gas mower on my new grass. We has a break in the winter weather this week so I mowed the lawn. Loved it! I bought the mower for both my husband I and to use. I am small and only 5'4" and the mower was easy to use. My husband is 6'3" and he will love the height of the handles. They were a bit tall for me but not a problem since the mower is self propelled. An as for the storage feature of the mower, we could not be happier. Cannot say enough good things. Of course, we just got it.
