Going Green & my Neighbors have Envy!

Very happy. I just assembled my mower and tested it out. Easy to assemble--took 10 minutes. The fit & finish are superb. The controls are simple and intuitive. I really like the dual 4.0 AH battery pack with the automatic change over on the mower. The easy stow handle makes for a compact mower storage footprint in my garage. Greenworks thought of everything!

My Friend has one of these and they work great and in One charge His total lawn will be done. with 2 Battery fully charged and 45 mins of work your lawn looks perfect shape.
I bought 2 of these now one for me and other for my friend as a gift for his new home and hope he will be excited to see this gift!!

Great decision from gas to electric!

Because of the outstanding reviews (along with the included batteries and charger) I bought this mower to make the transition from gas to electric and I've already used it a few times to mow and mulch with great results!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best mower I ever used!

Bought this over a year ago- Pros- quiet, no gas mix / carburetor to deal any more. It has a dual charger. First few months one battery (5ah) was enough for whole yard. Was so pleased with it that I also switch 3 other tools to Greenworks - so plenty of battery spares around. At the end of the 1 year, the mower started developing electric issues. Contacted Greenworks, the customer service was friendly and worked to have it resolved. Ultimately the product was changed to my satisfaction (item on the way). Overall a great product that along with their customer service will not hesitate to have again. Will give it a 5 star it not for the electrical issue and time I was unable to use my mower. Btw - my neighbor was so impressed with the mower that switched to Greenworks mower... So far he is very satisfied. I have a big yard with St Augustine which is a very thick grass- be aware on the first mows switching to electric from gas -the yard "cut" may look different but as of today yard looks great.. Cutting when yard is dry, otherwise it will be challenging to mow... What used to take me over 2 hrs to mow, I can do in less than have the time today with no effort....
I would recommend this to a friend!

The very best home yard equipment ever!

I have a complete set of 40 Max Tools! My lot is over 1/2 an acre. I started with a 19" lawnmower and about 5 years later I have almost everything Greenworks makes from 2 lawnmowers, blowers, string trimmers, and hedge trimmers, to chainsaws. They are all 40 Max tools which makes them extremely convenient and easy for charging and utilization. All my batteries fit all my tools! I get great run-time from the batteries and never run out of power. The added safety resulting from the batteries is very good. I have no more gas hanging around! I have had no problems whatsoever with any of the tools, but have contacted the company on several minor issues and found Greenworks great to work with. Further, I have a friend who did have a problem, and Greenworks replaced the unit no questions asked. Gets no better than that! All my tools fit into a cubbyhole in my garage and I built a small charging station for my convenience. I also own a great pressure washer and edger which are outstanding like all Greenworks tools, but they are corded. I now have nearly 5 years of experience with Greenworks and I would purchase no other brand. They are built to last, take a beating, do not require maintenance, and are as powerful as any homeowner could need. The designers have done a good job in making easy set-up and they added numerous customer-centric designs and conveniences. They were very well thought out. For example, they are light and easy to use and can be easily used by women as well as men and teens to older folks like me! I strongly recommend them to anyone needing a high-quality reasonably costed yard tool for the home or business! I have experienced no downside.

L bought a greenworks 25 in mower that was delivered jan 20 2022. Had a problem first time out. Got a warranty repair form and brought to a authorized repair center. Here it is march 9, 2022 and no part available. Maybe this summer? I need to cut the grass. Do i need to by another mower. Please respond.
