Bought this and battery charged correctly one time. Replaced battery and same thing. Also, the grass has to be dry. Never completely dry so mower is worthless to me.
Pros: Quiet

I've had mine over 5 years now. The deck is just starting to rust out. I'll continue to patch the holes with sheet metal & screws for another year before buying another.
Battery went bad after 2 years. Was two months out of warranty and was told that I have to buy new battery with no discount. Will not buy again.

Hello Kkuhn99 ,
Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback on your 60V tool and apologize that you've run into issues with the 60V battery. The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. Please know that our batteries are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the owner’s manual period from the date of purchase. Although you are past the warranty period, one of our Authorized Service Dealers may still be able to help with troubleshooting. To find a dealer in your area please contact us once more. We appreciate your longstanding loyalty as a customer and hope this experience doesn't bring it to an end.
The mower I purchased 2.5 years ago developed a hard vibration that caused the battery pack to wiggle lose and disconnect. I had neglected to register it for a warranty and didn't even have my receipt. Not expecting much, I called Support. They sent me a new blade, hoping that would do the trick. It helped but the vibration was still bad so the company is sending me a new mower.
Upgraded from a gas push mower that was over 20 years old. After constant maintenance, dealing with gas and frustrating hard starts I finally gave in and went electric. The Greenworks mower is so much easier to use. It starts at the push of a button, is much lighter and easier to maneuver and it stores upright to save space. The battery doesn't quite last the 45 minutes or so that was claimed but it does charge quickly so that does make up for it.
I bought this mower a couple weeks ago and have used it twice and I can say that it lacks power of a gas mower hands down. The side discharge is almost non existent after removing the mulching attachment and putting the side discharge chute on it leaves clumps of grass instead of discharging from the side because there is not enough power (with full battery charge) to blow the grass out from the mower. Same thing when using the bag it cant throw the grass into the bag not enough powedr. the blade seem to run slowly and i have to go back over spots of grass several times. It will eventually get the job done however, the mower IS TERRIBLY UNDER POWERED point blank.
Pros: Convenient

Hello Jmac1969,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with this lawn mower. We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the overall power of this lawn mower. After each use, we recommended wiping off the underside of the mower, this maintenance will help reduce the build up of grass mulch underneath your lawn and ensure a more efficient cut, as well as reducing the chances of the blade binding up in mulch residue. Hope this tip helps . If you require more information please feel free to contact Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline at 1-855-345-3934.
