Self propel is no more!

Owned this mower for 2 years. Self propel quit this fall when trying to mulch leaves. Cleaned deck with brush and greenworks leaf blower. No luck. Have attempted to contact CS before considering leaf blower will no resolution. I'm not going to sit for a couple hours on hold again for the mower. Guess I'll just pretend I'm a 10 year old boy back in the 60's pushing the walk behind again.
Pros: Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Mower!

Bought this mower for large lawn in NH. This is the first season and it did great. The bagger works well for picking up leaves. The mower has nice cutting power although not quite the same as the 24 HP gas engine. Batteries have great life I can get 2 mows out of them for a 1.2 acre lot. Hopefully in the future Greenworks establishes a larger parts network and has youtube or a better manual to allow for some of the maintenance to be done by the owners.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pros: cuts grass fast, one battery lasts my entire 1/4 acre, fast recharge, self propelled is nice and necessary as it's so heavy!
Cons: it's really heavy!!! (hard to turn and maneuver around trees, flowerbeds..etc., batteries are not compatible with other Greenworks tools, hard to get batteries out of charger (elderly hands), self-propelled is not personal pace

This is our one of our most powerful voltage line and operates similar to a gas unit without the inconvenience of a gas product such as maintenance and gas. As such the weight of the unit does take some getting used to, however, we do have a range of tools for a variety of household chore needs. Lighter units can be found in our 24V and 40V lines but of course, these products would come with reduced power. Charges full with in 20-30 min.
In one charge I cover my whole lawn, with left out charge in it.
I've also purchased 60V inverter with it, using same batteries can power light, fans and can charge phone and laptops.

Love this lawnmower! It cuts well and is so quiet. The self-propel feature is great. One of the wonderful things about a battery operated mower is that it's so easy to start and never fails to start! This mower works great. Dual battery provides awesome cut time. Most times only use 1 side to cut entire lawn which is about .3 acre even when in self propel mode.
