[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just moved in to a new home and went through three other Mowers before trying this one, OMG this make cutting the grass so easy, it's not the lightest, but that is not a problem for me, i cut my grass weekly(old School) and i can go 3 to 4 weeks on one charge. i got the one with the 5Ah in stead of the one of the lower Ah as i relate Ah to HP, and this one has more than enough power to hand the tough grass this home has, it also has the option to slap a second battery in. the price is on the high side, but like they say, you get what you pay for, over all i am impressed with this mower, it ranks right up there with a Gas Mower, the clippings come out nice and small, this is a plus for when composting or winterizing your lawn.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mower is so easy to use. Just slip in the battery and go. So much easier and quieter than a gas mower
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved into new home with less than a 1/4 acre of lawn to maintain. This battery powered mower is perfect for our yard. Had plenty of cutting power and the job took about 40 minutes and had a half charge left. I'm very pleased with this purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could not be more pleased with this mower!! It’s has made mowing a lot more hassle free ~ No gas fumes, easy to maneuver, cuts great, easy to store!
I hate this freaking mower. Batteries last 20 minutes if lucky. It stalls every 10 feet. Takes me 3 batteries with a break to charge them to mow my lawn. And I don't have a big lawn
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Valued Greenworks Customer
We are sorry to hear of your experience when using the 60V lawn mower. This is certainly concerning, and we can sympathize with your frustration. The lawn mower has a built-in safety switch at the bottom of the handle. If the handle is not locked in place properly the mower will not start or stall out after a few seconds. Please unlock and fold down the handle and pull it back up until it clicks in properly. Hoping this will fix the issue but if it does not we urge you to contact by Chatbot on www.greenworkstools.com or by phone at Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline at 1-855-345-3934. We would like the opportunity to speak with you to see if we can find a solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only use it in an area behind my house where there is a gazebo, hot tub, and other things to maneuver around. My large mower won’t fit there. This mower never fails to start and runs great!
