Recommend paying for white glove with delivery. Easy to assemble but not to get it off the pallet. I have 7/10 of an acre, with 4 fully charged batteries, but it was only able to cut 1/2 the lot. Taking a break while batteries recharge. Going from 24 year old gas zero turn, gas powered 48 inch cut, to this zero turn. Old mower handles much better, better rear tires and steering. Greenworks seat is much more comfortable, and cuts well. Greenworks is much quieter and no need to wear protective ear gear. Instructions need improvement as some options and buttons are not covered, but figured it out. Happy with product so far, just need to get used to it after having the other for so many years.
I bought this 2 years ago and has completely stopped working. After 1 year it started randomly dying in the middle of mowing and now will not turn on at all. Would not recommend this brand will most likely be shopping for another brand that will hopefully last longer.

I loved this mower but after a year of light use, the right blade motor (according to code) started overheating and shutting down the blades. Tractor supply no longer sells or services the mower (although it is still listed as a dealer on the Greenworks website. I checked all the authorized Greenworks repair facilities as far as 70 miles away and none of them services this product. None of the independent repair shops service Greenworks, either. Because the problem started one year and two days after purchase the Greenworks does not guarantee the product. One year of service for this mower is a terrible deal.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered direct from manufacturer. Took it a little longer than I hoped, but understandable due to where I live. Powered it up after some quick required assembly. Only issue was trying to plug all 3 chargers in at the same time kicked a breaker so had to stagger charging spots to different locations. Mower is fast, cuts great, and quiet. I’m satisfied so far.
Works well, but think the range is not what is advertised, but will still work for my needs. Wish they had accessories out for this, or sent us new users timely updates on when accessories would be made available.
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Powerful

Fast, much quieter than gas mower, no fumes, no maintenance besides blowing it off after a 2 acre cut, great turning radius, easily hauls other items behind it (namely a wagon / cart, spreader, lawn sweeper, de thatcher, etc., and it doesn't have to stop to refill with gas. A first-class product that has been great since I first used it 8 months ago. Highly recommend.
Recieved well packaged. Yes it's renewed but looks and runs like new. Charged batteries and cut my grass, took an hour when push mower took 6 hours. Love the ease of this! I have been waiting for years for it to be affordable. Absolutely recommend.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Effective, Powerful
Overall, 3-stars might be a little harsh but I couldn't bring myself to go higher. Made the switch from a gas powered Honda to this and I do love the reduced noise and never needing gas. It rolls very easily and the drive propulsion is quick (maybe a little too quick) and has plenty of power.
A couple of areas that could use improvement: The cutting & mulching performance leaves a lot to be desired.. it leaves clumps of grass in its wake and long blades of grass sitting on top of the lawn as though they were pulled up instead of cut. Could be the the two small 13" blades for the 25" model? In hindsight, I probably should have gone with the 22" and used the mulching blade like my Honda had, but unfortunately there is no option to exchange and no small mulching blades available for the 25" deck. With a small corner lot, bagging my clippings isn't an option since I have no where to put them... is what it is. There's also this weird delay using the self-propelled feature where the wheel seem to stay engaged for a second or so after you let go of the lever so you end up dragging it because the wheels are locked unless you remember to disengage it a couple feet before the end of your run. Small nuisances. I'm a little disappointed but overall pleased with it, just not thrilled.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Environmentally Safe, Powerful

Hello Ryan85, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! Greenworks designed this with a brushless motor that is based off our 60V platform. This means more power and longer run times. One cool aspect to this mower is the Smart Cut load-sensing Technology which means it is not always running full speed. If the mower senses a thicker part of the lawn or needs more power, automatically senses load & ramps from 2800-3200 RPM, when more power is needed. This not only helps the mower get through tough conditions, but also helps save on battery and provides a longer run time. Running a lawnmower at less than full throttle can cause its blades to run at a lower speed than is necessary to make a complete cut. Lawnmowers are designed to run at full throttle when their mowing blades are engaged. Anything less than full throttle results in poor cutting, which includes those annoying streaks of grass left behind with each pass. Hopefully this information will assist in a more enjoyable user experience.
