Make sure you order with 2 batteries as they are very expensive and, depending on the size of your yard, you will want to have both loaded into your mower.

Should be called the Energizer when in rabbit mode

Mower in Rabbit mode is faster than my old gas mower ever was! Love the two batteries and dual charger that was included. Also battery charge life indicator on mower is awesome for gaging time left to complete yard. Two batteries are more than capable to do my entire yard. Assembly was easy enough that I didn’t require the instructions, till I came upon the sharp edge guard on handle . I thought I had a part I forgot to attach. It’s a throw away once handle and wire harness attached to mower body. Also love the foresight of Greenworks to include two blades - each is different depending on wet grass or dry grass mowing season. So far extremely impressed.

I will NEVER go back to gas anything after getting this mower. Finely grinds the grass, incredibly easy to handle and even more so to adjust height. Stores super easy at the front of my garage, and so far I haven’t needed more than 1/2 of 1 battery for our house, which sits on 10,000 sq ft lot. The speed of this will actually run away from my wife, but is perfect for me as I have very long legs. I actually mowed at night the other night - which is amazing since I live in Florida and didn’t have to get sweaty to mow! I’m actually excited for my current weed eater/edger to die so I can replace it with the 60v version from Greenworks!

I am very pleased with this mower. I love not having to worry about starting it up. I can turn it off and on as many times as I need to while mowing. I also love the small storage space it takes. I also am glad it has a steel deck for durability. The controls are easy and it's much quieter than my previous gas mower. My yard takes about 45 minutes to mow and the 2 4.0 Ah batteries is enough to handle it. Oddly, the first battery seems to drain kind of fast. But then the 2nd battery seems to last for 2-3 times longer. They are always both on the mower together. I am not sure if one of the batteries has an issue or if that is normal. But together they could probably run for about an hour (or more) which is what was advertised. I have a flat yard and I use the self propelled feature the entire time.
Only minor negatives I found: It simply does not have the same power as a gas mower. The turbo button helps but I went into the purchase knowing this could be an issue. So I compensate by making narrower passes and cleaning the underside at least once while mowing. Anything that keeps more open air space underneath seems to help with the cut power and battery life. This will probably get better as more drier weather comes in the summer time. Also, when trying to install the top part of the handle the control cords were too long to push down into the lower handle without mangling them. I had to remove the small black plate at the bottom of the lower handle and pull the cords down that way to install the top handle. Then I re-attached the black plate (just a single screw). It works fine but there is some extra cord length near the back wheel.
