Other than being quiet, there's nothing to like about this mower. There is no hose cleanout, the handle is too long, it does not like curves and slow is way too slow, fast is way too fast. Apparently they've never read Goldilocks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One position is more suitable for taller individuals while the other is suited towards smaller user. The self-propelled drive system with variable speed rear-wheel drive lets you easily tackle any terrain and you can operate the unit without the self-propelled feature simply do not pull the lever associated with the propelling feature and the unit will not propel forward.

There's a lot to love about this mower! The self propel feature is great, speedy, and it cuts great. The battery life has been plenty long to cut my mother's lawn, which is about 1/2-3/4 acre all together. The only downside is when having to back the lawn mower up - it is super heavy and my mom can't pull it backwards herself. She has had to leave some of the lawn for others to do, and the parts she can do she's had to find ways to mow only moving forward.
