I bought this mower in may, 2020. I am so impressed with the way it operates, it's quit, light weight, and love the power, especially when I use the turbo, love this mower

Couldn't be happier in purchasing my 1st electric mower. Using on hybrid bermuda and even at lowest height on my thick Bermuda it has definitely gotten the job done. Even gave it some stripes

Cuts the grass great, but it has the issue I feared, short battery life. My yard is not large by any means, and I can barely cut it on a single charge, and if the grass is long I cut the back, let the battery charge for an hr, then cut the front. Love the fact it has a headlight, and I can cut the grass at night. ( I work 2nd shift).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate to hear that the run time is unsatisfactory. The run time of a lawnmower is dependent on the load acting against the unit and fluctuates depending on the height setting, the terrain, grass height, type of grass, whether you are mulching, using self-propelled function etc - there are so many factors to consider. The run-time of a battery would depend on the load acting on the unit while in use (speed, terrain, unit height, grass height, and density). Please be aware that the more power being used from the lawn mower (i.e. lawn mower speed, terrain, grass height, density, etc.), the faster the battery charge will drain. Here are a few tips to help you extend the run time. 1) Set the mower to the highest cutting height (or 1/3 of the length of grass), mow no more than 1/3 of the total length at a time. 2) Mow in the morning or late afternoon to reduce the heat stress on newly cut grass and ensure that grass is dry. Lastly, when the battery is placed in the charger the charger detects the temperature of the battery and will begin charging once it cools down slightly to charge. This is normal operation based on the protection system in the charger. All is operating as intended. This mower has power!

First off, I wish Greenworks included the 6ah battery instead of the 5ah. You get a LOT more runtime out of that battery compared to the five amp hour battery. Second, I bought mine at Lowe’s for $432. for just a little more I could’ve bought the kobalt 80v mower
that has more power than this mower(btw Kobalt and Greenworks are pretty much the same). So if you want more power, I highly recommend buying the 80V mower instead of the 60v. Third, now that I’ve got that out-of-the-way I love the headlights on this mower! I was mowing at night and I could see everything clearly, unlike the 3rd gen EGO mower that also has headlights but are useless.And lastly forth, this mower still has some good power. I mowed down some really tall/thick grass, and it handled it great! Although I had to double cut it, it still did great. In the future I plan to run the mower on 2 6amp batteries to get as much runtime possible.

Great Mower

My first electric battery powered mower. It's self propelled which makes it even better. I was cutting the yard a two ladies getting their walk in told me that was the quietest mower they had ever heard. Light but powerful enough. It came with battery and I brought an extra battery and blade.
