Have not had to use it, however it took a little time to cope with the running the self propelled features. It runs great, quite and mulching feature is great with the Turbo running. I have and will continue to recommend this unit.

Amazing out of the box

My mower arrived this week via Fed Ex. I live in Seattle so if course it’s been raining non-stop. I assembled the mower in about 15 minutes with my daughter, and spent another 5 minutes switching out the bottom blade to the “extreme / wet grass” blade. When it finally stopped raining for a couple hours yesterday, I put the mower to the test. It worked amazing. Cut my whole lawn using self-propelled mode about 30% of the time on slopes. We have 1/2 acre of grass and the battery life was more than enough - even with the headlight on (it was evening when I finished). This mower cuts perfectly, and II can’t believe it’s even better than my premium 7hp gas mower that I just sold on Craigslist. You’ll be stoked.

Great mower. It is very easy to operate, and I love how quiet it is compared to a gas mower. I also like how you can easily store it in a folded upright position. My only complaint is that the handle height is too high for me, I wish it could be adjusted for shorter people.

I couldn't believe how easy everything was from delivery to the first mowing. Neighbors actually were standing around the mower and I think they will be buying the Pro 60V next season. I am so happy with it, the grass was over 6" and it went right thru like butter.
