I previously owned a Greenworks mower which I loved and which still works. They have changed a lot since that first purchase in 2012. The new model has improved power and power distribution which solves the problem of battery depletion affecting mowing. They have also added a lot of features including the ability to fold the mower for storage and remove the battery for easy charging in the house. I did not think I could like a product more than the original but I really do. I love this company.

We are so happy with this mower. Not only because it doesn’t use earth-depleting resources (Our electric is thru solar), but it’s SO quiet ! We actually fight over who will”get to” mow the lawn. And it’s more powerful than I thought it would be, chomping the highest grasses, twigs or whatever might be in its way no problem. Would be nice if all our neighbors got one — having no noisy lawn mowers going off all around at whatever time ... but that’s just wishful thinking.

I bought this because I was so tired of having to pull and pull to start all of my mowers.
I bought a Worx and it did last over 5 years. Greenworks Codeless Mower worked better then I ever thought it would. It has such power and you can either mulch, free style or use the very easy bag to connect. The battery is rated for 6.0 AH very powerful and it last over an hour and it still had charge left in it. It's very easy to charge!! The battery has a test button on it for you to see the charge in the form of 6 LED lights from low, half and full all green lights. The battery only fits one way so you can't screw anything up. It starts just by sliding the safety key and holding one of the handles up all done with one hand. The adjustment is done just with one hand also in the front of the unit. It's a very well designed and very sturdy unit that does a great job at cutting even the high grass without stopping.
