It’s a good lawn mower but the problem with the battery, if you don’t mow your lawn for 2 weeks the battery drains quick no more than 20min with self- propeld so you have to mow every week.

Have used this new lawn mower twice. Overall, I am satisfied with the work it performed. A single 4.0AH battery can finish most of my backyard (around 0.25 acre) with self-propelling feature on (the turbo button was not pressed). With the second one, I can complete my work w/o recharging. The self-propelling mode helps, but the speed may not be as fast (I already adjusted to the highest possible speed) as I had expected when it run over the lawn. The LED light is on when you run the mower, regardless of the lighting condition (it could be a waste under daylight). With battery-powered lawn mower, I can mow my lawn in any pattern I wish for, which was not possible with a corded one.

Wanted to try a battery mower as I am 81 and sometimes it is hard for me to start a gas powered engine. Wow was I suprised by ease of using this mower. I mowed a thick grass that was about 5 inches tall. It took me around 25 minutes, checked the batteries and one had one light left, the other was fully charged yet. Very impressing to say the least.

Was presently surprised with the power of the mower. I have an area in the back yard that the week before chocked or stopped my gas mower, but I went right through it with my new mower. I have not had any issue with the time to cut on the batteries lasting.either. I have about 12,000 sq ft yard/ The first time that I used the mower I was happy with the quietness of the mower it is fantastic

Love this model! My 1st Greenworks mower (yes it still works) had a few less than desirable quirks. This one has fixed them all. Slow close compartment cover and easy to disengage batteries that go in straight. Plus carrying both batteries at once with auto switching is a great time saver when you have a larger than average yard.

Very nice cordless mower. Great power, great battery life, 3 discharge options. Variable self propelling feature is very useful. Lightweight considering it has a steel deck. Only negative for me is the fact that you need to push it forward a bit, after shutting off the self propelled featue, if you want to pull it backwards. Not a big deal on level lawns but cumbersome on mine that is un-level and requires a lot of forward/backward motions. Overall a great machine.

I've now used both the 80v mower with 4.0AH battery (MO80L410) and this new dual-port 60v mower with 2 x 4.0AH batteries. The first time out on the 80V, it wasn't able to finish the entire lawn on a single charge. The second time out, it barely got it all done, likely a grass length issue, but I was in the market for a second battery so I wouldn't be stuck with a half finished job. While shopping for a new battery, I stumbled upon this mower and figured the dual-part automatic switching was exactly what I needed to ensure I could mow my entire lawn without having to stop in the middle and mess with batteries. My first time out, I was able to complete the entire lawn on a single battery. The second battery was available, and it could have used a little bit, but I can't tell for sure, and when the job was complete I put both batteries on the charger, but the second battery indicated full. I'm extremely happy with the batter performance, and having the option to have the second battery in the mower, ready to switch, is great peace of mind. As an added benefit there's plenty of juice left over to use with other tools, such as trimmer, blower and edger. All of which will be a lot less unwieldy with a 60v battery as opposed to an 80v. I'm very happy with the 60v mower and will be getting more 60v tools for this platform. I have a 1/4 acre lot for reference.
Further comparing the 80v unit to the 60v, this one has the updated handle and control cluster. I can start the mower with one hand, which was nice while I was holding a gate open. The self propelled engagement is quicker and smoother on this 60v unit. Overall the 60V mower was much more pleasant to use, it was smoother, lighter, and a breeze to operate and manipulate. It's just the small things, like raising and lowering the handles, that makes this mower a nicer owner experience over the currently available 80v mower.
The only question I have, is, can the LED lights be turned off? I feel it's an unnecessary drain on the battery to have the lights on in the middle of the day.

This lawnmower is absolutely perfect for me! As someone who had much difficulty starting a gas lawnmower with a pull cord, the easy push button start is like heaven! I love how quiet it is, I can actually have a conversation with someone while cutting the grass w/o having to turn it off. The batteries charge quickly when they need to be charged. The lawnmower is easy to use with the adjustable speeds (turbo almost makes me run!), as a petite 70 year old female it’s important to me that I have a lawnmower I can easily control. Wheel height adjustment couldn’t be easier - all it takes is moving one lever and all four wheels are adjusted at the same time. The folding handle is an added plus - such a space saver in my garage, just fold and stand and it stores in its own little spot without being in the way. This lawnmower not only looks good, but more importantly, does a perfect job cutting my lawn! I needed this years ago and am glad I finally made the decision to purchase it and highly recommend it.
