I called and customer service was going to have a Senior Tech call relating to issues with
Self propelled mower. Never bothered to call, we had set a time up, no call back.
This gives you a great impression of Greenworks. I don't think I'll be buying any more of there products!!!!

Love this lawnmower! It cuts well and is so quiet. The self-propel feature is great. One of the wonderful things about a battery operated mower is that it's so easy to start and never fails to start! I would highly recommend this mower and wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again. Owned and operated this mower for the 2022 season, May-November.

This mower works great. Dual battery provides awesome cut time. Most times only use 1 side to cut entire lawn which is about .3 acre even when in self propel mode.

Mower has worked great all season. One of the batteries started having issues and Greenworks sent a new one next day. Mower is light weight and easy to hand. I love the push and go over the traditional pull crank mower. No more worrying about the oil or gas as long as the batteries are charged I can cut any time.
