Best Lawn Investment Ever

I've had the mower for this first spring/summer season, and am I impressed and happy. No more spark plugs, gas, or oil changes. The mower starts first time-every time and is the easiest to adjust for lawn height. The battery lasts at least 45 minutes even when it revs up to cut through heavy grass. The battery charges from completely dead to full in about 2 hours. Also the self-propelled feature with variable speed works great when going up small hills or just assisting at the end of a mowing session. The bag or mulching plate go on and off easily .... am very happy with this purchase. Great feature-environment friendly!

Had this for over a year. I love it!! I wish the battery lasted a little bit longer but not having the hassle of a gas mower that breaks down all the time way overshadows that minor inconvenience. Thank you!

Great mower!

Purchased Spring 2020. Bought dual battery capability since I didn't know if one battery was enough for 1/3 acre. The included 5 amp actually is all I needed to mow front and backyards. Mower is light enough that I actually only used the self propel feature on inclines. Love not having to deal with gas, oil changes, air filters, spark plugs, etc., and much quieter. Just charge the battery and away you go. See no difference in cutting capability from my previous gas powered mower.

Love this thing. More than enough juice to do my yard. Super quiet and durable. Several neighbors have ask about it. Pop the battery in and go!

Outstanding cordless mower

I have now had the Greenworks mower for 2 summers and I consider it the best mower I have ever purchased. The battery provides even charge for two cuttings and recharges in less than an hour. The mower is very light and extremely quiet. The self propelled feature is the best control on the market, a slide switch located perfectly on the handle. It allows for a wide range of pace control making it easy to adjust around landscape. It starts with the push of a button and has safety bars for control and shuts off the mower with an easy release of the bar. It bags mulches and has a side discharge. It has a safety wheel locking feature when backing up to insure you don’t inadvertently back over your foot. That feature releases easily when you back up slightly and then go forward. Battery has led light indicating the level of charge left and the charger also has that feature. Absolutely no maintenance requirements except to sharpen the blade.
Best mower on the market and I am 73 and have owned a lot of mowers.
Also purchased their snowblower and am equally impressed and they share a battery with the mower.

Product stopped working after 2 months of use. Returned mower and bought a gas mower. It was not the battery that stopped working it was the mower itself. When it worked it was good, that’s why I gave it 2 stars. Hopefully they corrected the defect and no one else has a problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
