Easy set up. The lawn mower cuts amazing and the self propel is great. It is quiet and cuts through thick grass really well. Two batteries make it so we can cut our lawn on a single charge.

We bought this mower about 2 months ago for our new home. Besides doing a great job of cutting the grass, it's lighter in weight than a traditional gas-powered mower and easier to start up and to maneuver. I love that I don't have to worry about gassing it up, and there are no fumes or lingering gas smell in our garage afterward. Very happy with this purchase!

First electric mower I've ever used and had to use it to reclaim a 7inch overgrown lawn. Made 2 passes over the course of a week dropping height each mow using side chute and turbo mode. Mower powered through just as good as gasers I've had.
Now I'm using the bagger and maintaining my lawn without using turbo. 1 charge = 1 mow as I have just under an acre to mow. Would buy again.

Self propelled feature stopped working

Purchased summer 2019. Worked fine 2019 - 2022 (3 years). Self propelled feature no longer works. Just beeps when self propelled activator bar engaged. Got no where with Greenworks technical support. Seemed like the Greenworks employee was just reading from a script. He couldn’t get it into his head that it worked for 3 years. Spent my time with him mostly satisfying his obsession with the battery. It was fully charged. Seemed like questions from him were pertaining to how I had been using the lawnmower in order to see if I had voided the warranty. I didn’t care about the warranty. Just wanted to know how to fix the self propelled feature. Nothing on their website or product manual that mentions self propelled feature not working. Can’t find any repair shops that are familiar with Greenworks mowers either

Mower has worked great all season. One of the batteries started having issues and Greenworks sent a new one next day. Mower is light weight and easy to hand. I love the push and go over the traditional pull crank mower. No more worrying about the oil or gas as long as the batteries are charged I can cut any time.
