Was presently surprised with the power of the mower. I have an area in the back yard that the week before chocked or stopped my gas mower, but I went right through it with my new mower. I have not had any issue with the time to cut on the batteries lasting.either. I have about 12,000 sq ft yard/ The first time that I used the mower I was happy with the quietness of the mower it is fantastic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Greenworks Pro 60V Brushless 19" Lawn Mower w/ a 5.0 Ah Battery is absolutely the best battery powered mower. The battery is long lasting. It is easy to install and to charge. This mower is powerful and perfect for my yard. I have a large yard and I use a riding mower but I have several places where the big mower just won't fit. So, I needed a push mower to complete the job to keep my yard looking amazing. I actually like mowing. I am a 63 year old woman and I never dreamed that using a push mower would be this easy to push and this easy to use. The Pro 60V Brushless mower by Greenworks is a quality, well made mower. I am thrilled to have this lawn tool to help me keep a beautiful lawn.
Great mower. Should've bought the duel battery doesn't last long enough for our yard. We had some shipping issues with them shipping me the wrong mower completely. Waited on the phone for over 4 hrs trying to return this one and getting the one we ordered. Had to wait almost a month. Ask me in a yr and I let u know more.
Luke the product-very upset battery doesn’t last over 30 minutes

Hello Katpet,
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay in responding to your concern. It's important to adjust your mowing techniques to make the most out of the battery life! It goes without saying that that the harder the unit works, the quicker the battery drains. Here are a few mowing tips! 1) When cutting thick grass, reduce walking speed in order to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings. 2) Only mow 1/3 of the total grass length at a time - no more. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months. 3) Mow when the grass is dry. As this is an electric unit, mowing wet/damp grass is a safety issue. However, ensuring the grass is dry will also help the grass cut cleanly and discharge appropriately. Wet/damp grass carries more weight and will mostly stick to the blade/motor shaft and will not appropriately discharge or cut easily. 4) Make sure the battery is cool before use. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging.
I’m 5’2” and the handle is for someone much taller which makes it awkward turning. Everything else is great. If the handle was height adjustable it would be a five.
I'm hoping someone can help me. Rarely do I post like this, but I'm not sure what else I can do. I purchased and received the reference lawn mower (approx. 4 weeks ago). Unfortunately, minutes after opening the box, I plugged in the charger, listened to the fan begin, and then promptly heard silence within seconds. I have send multiple emails and have tried calling several times. Each time I've attempted I get an automated response which essentially suggests that someone will be in touch (email) or to call back because the lines are all busy (phone). I'm frustrated beyond belief because I feel like I have little options. If anyone knows of a solution, I'd love to hear it!

Last Year I purchased 2 70 Volt 21 inch self propelled lawn mowers, 2 60 Volt Weedeaters, 1 60 Volt Blower, 1 60 Bolt Blade Edger, 1 60 Volt Pole Saw, and an Electric Power Pressure Washer. I use all of this in my small lawn business. I am a 69 years old retired school teacher and really enjoy yard work. I get comments almost every day concerning my quiet mowers and beautiful green lawn equipment. I will never go back to gasoline engines. Keep up the good work Green Works!
