I've been using the Pro 60V for about a month now and I am very happy I chose this one after alot of research. I like the double batteries when 1 is used up it automatically goes to the 2nd one, the charger is fast and shuts off when fully charged, the mower itself is easy to use and has really good power, I like the fast and slower speeds, maneuvering it easy also. I am retired now and definately enjoy using it and highly recommend this product.

I have less than a quarter acre and this mower uses less than one battery worth of power while using the self propelled even while taking my time mowing. This is 45 minutes to an hour of mowing. It has never slowed down even while going through heavy grass or hitting small branches (accidently!). Even unintentionally scalping the lawn next the garden bed did not slow it down. The only issue I have encountered is the drive wheels stop driving when the lever is released but don't immediately release. A small push forward or releasing the drive lever slightly earlier deals with that. A learning curve. The performance, the blessed quiet, no gas, no oil, makes this the best power equipment purchase I could have made.

Original delivery was poor and equipment disabled. Current delivery...quick, direct and without delay. Product delivered was better than expected. Self-propelled power and turbo power excellent.

Received a used, damaged mower

Unfortunately, I received a used mower that was already unpacked and (slightly) damaged. Couldn't send it back because it had been delayed and I needed to use it. Gets 2 stars for appearing to work, but not sure how long it will hold up (?)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am an 87 year old retired professional engineer. My wife and I will celebrate our 65th wedding anniversary next week. She’s like the energy bunny and still mows our lawn. We recently replaced our self propelled gas powered electric start mower with a Greenworks 60V self propelled mower. Gas, oil changes, and problems with the automatic chock on our old mower became to much trouble for us. I was skeptical, but finally felt that the battery technology had advanced enough to make the change. We’re quite pleased with the trouble free performance of our Greenworks mower. It was a good change for us.

With each pass in our yard there is at least one long piece of grass left uncut. Oftentimes there are even foot long patches that are either uncut or poorly cut and I have to go over most passes twice. I have even begun to align each pass with the center of the lawnmower to try to minimize the passes needed to cut our lawn. This is still a significant amount of time added to mowing the yard compared to our old gas mower. The motor does not seem powerful enough to give the grass enough lift and thorough cut. This happens with a full battery charge as well as a dying battery so I know it is not an issue with cutting longer than the battery can handle.
