When my mower came, I opened the box to find the wires that run through the handle were cut. After calling, I was told a replacement would be sent. When I receive my working mower I will be able to review how I like it.

Battery problem for 60v 5.0

Bought it two years ago. Worked great at the beginning. The battery lasted just enough to cut my entire lawn. But the battery got weaker and weaker. It now won't even cut 1/4 of the lawn in one charge. The battery indicator shows 3 of 4 but it stops working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. The lawnmower works well enough. If you need an extra battery or a part for the lawnmower, you're SOL. They also failed to include the chute and mulch plug in my box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
