Does what it is supposed to do

I bought it to trim a large lawn after using a 60" deck riding tractor. I like the cordless features- no adding gas, no oil changes, it starts instantly, etc. It has plenty of power for the task and if my lawn were smaller it would be my only mower. I liked it well enough to recommend it to a friend who bought one last week and a cordless trimmer to go along with it. The battery charger is fan cooled and charges two batteries at the same time which is a nice plus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

easy to operate

I love this little mower. It arrived safely in 3 days. I put it together by myself,charged the battery in 2 hours, mowed my whole back yard in an hour and still have power. Battery is easy in easy out. Height adjustment is easy. Light weight easy to push. I will soon be 83 and for the first time I love to mow my yard. My yard is less than smooth and it is still easy to push. Best mower I ever had. Thanks for a great quality product.

Cut quality is disappointing but overall a good mower

The cut quality is disappointing where the mower did not cut grass evenly despite multiple passes. Having two rechargeable batteries is a plus which effectively allow "unlimited" mowing time because you can use one battery while charging the other. Another plus is the 25-ince mowing deck which saves time. Finally, the variable speed self-propelled feature is very nice because it makes mowing effortless. If the cut quality improves, I would give this lawn mower five stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Set the mower to the highest cutting height (or 1/3 of the length of grass), mow no more than 1/3 of the total length at a time. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months. This will help with the stress on the mower and will help the grass stay healthy! Additionally, only mow when the grass is dry. As this is an electric unit, mowing wet/damp grass is a safety issue. However, ensuring the grass is dry will also help the grass cut cleanly and discharge appropriately. Wet/damp grass carries more weight and will mostly stick to the blade/motor shaft and will not appropriately discharge or cut easily.

Great power and easy to use

I've had this mower for 2 weeks and find it requires less human energy to operate, is quiet and performs well. We've had lots of rain and the grass is growing out of control. I
used it 3 times and can mow my entire lawn on one charge with power left over, just over an hour. it re-charges to full in about 1-1/2 hour.
I've used it bagging and mulching. The bagging doesn't pick up as much grass as my gas powered did, but that's not a bad thing. It's always good to leave some clippings back into the soil. The mulching is fine enough you don't have grass clumps left over. I mow about 1/2 acre.

Great mower!

My wife got me this lawn mower, and I couldn't be happier. It is quiet, of course, and runs smoothly. The battery holds a strong charge, so I am able to finish up everything without interruption. We live off the grid on only wind and solar, so all of our tools are battery-operated, and this mower is a great addition.
