A great purchase! Even those I opted to not get the self propelled option, this is super easy to use, and assembly was also super easy! I do recommend getting a second battery, but with two batteries, I can more a quarter of a acre! Highly recommend this mower, great value for the price!
Want to give this five stars because I love most everything about it. I can do my whole yard on one battery, even while using Turbo. Really like the width of the cut, which does help provide nice stripping. The self propelling with the rear wheels works much better than my previous gas powered mower with front wheel drive. It mulches better than the old mower, which was actually relatively new, as well. The only downfall is that it seems to leave periodic grass blades uncut. Slowing down seems to help improve the issue. Going to try the alternate blades and sharpen them to see if that helps as well. May also see if lowering the deck helps. Either way, I would still recommend the mower based on all the positive aspects.
i started buying Greenworks equipment about 3 years ago. I now own 6 pieces all 60 volt: lawn mower, blower, trimmer, pole saw, chain saw, and hedge trimmer. Wow, they are all still working perfectly and exceed the performance of my gas equipment soo all gas equipment is now sold and gone.
Wanted to go with an electric lawnmower for a long time, but was worried about power and battery run time. No worries in either account here. Consistently mow for over 1 hour with the two batteries. In addition, I’m amazed at how quickly the batteries charge. Overall, a fine product that made switching from gas to electric painless.
Having to pick up for my husband who has become seriously ill, I couldn’t ha for our gas lawnmower on our hilly property, hate touching or smelling gasoline I decided to look into battery options and selected this mower. Not difficult for me, age 72 to put together? Charged battery snd wax off and running. Took a bit to get used to mower pulling me along, once I adjusted was able to maneuver with ease snd it did a great job.
It's a nice lawnmower. I only use a push mower for trimming. This is a perfect size for that. At 60volts it has plenty of power for my needs. No going to get gas, no rope pulling, no issues with it not starting like my old gas mower. Simply charge the battery, press the buttons and it's running. I'm very happy.
The lawnmower has so far worked out great. Having two batteries and a wider than average cutting area was suitable to mow my half acre of land. I was torn between. This and a cheaper gas mower but I'm glad I went electric at this point.
