It works well my only complaint is the drive wheels lock up some times when you go to pull it back after you have let go of the self drive lever. I can mow my small Florida lawn using just one of the 2 batteries. I did have to switch to the high lift blade to do a better job of cutting the st Augustine grass. I also sometimes need to use turbo if the grass gets real long.

bought this 10 years ago still works great,less vibration than gas,i have allergies ,and gas fumes from regular lawn mowers,really messes with me.

In an attempt to be as green as possible, I decided on a battery operated lawn mower. I can charge the batteries through solar panels. Greenworks was a gamble, and it paid off. The self propelled feature has variable speed, making the walk behind Zen-like, or hurried, depending on the setting. The bagging design works well on dry, and even slight damp grass. Don't need my hearing protectors, thanks to the fairly quiet motor. With two batteries, I can cut the front and back with plenty of juice left over. The charger that arrived with the mower failed after the first use. A couple of email exchanges with Customer Service and I had a new one on the doorstep. I like Greenworks tools, and now I even like their customer service -- thanks Giulio! Recommend.

Very fast. Very light. Was quick to adapt after using a gas mower for 30 years. Only complaint is learning how to release the acceleration handle soon enough that your rear wheels aren’t locked into position so you can pull the mower backwards. Plenty of battery life for my .3 acre yard. I think I could mow my yard 2-3 times before the battery would die.

Extremely satisfied with the performance of this battery and the cutting power of this mower. We have a small yard and this mower rips through it without problem. Mower is very quiet as well without feeling like it lacks power. Sticker on the height adjustment indicator failed very quickly and peeled off, this is my only problem with the product. Have mowed four times so far and it’s very enjoyable!

I replaced my gas-powered mover with this and really wasn't expect much. I was very pleasantly surprised at the power this thing has. I've only used it once since I purchased it, but really liked the results.
