1) when putting the two parts of the handle together I had to carve off part of the plastic to get it to fit
2) I should have checked before I bought but the cost to replace the batteries is almost as much as a new mower. I sure hope they last a lot longer than the warranty
3). I can cut my lawn in an hour and 10 minutes and still have one light lit on the charge indicator
4) it cuts well I am happy with it

Hello Everyone,
I am a son of a farmer. I spent my first 20 years in India helping my family on the farm. I used to enjoy farming but then moved to the city for higher education and then came to California. Stayed in Bay Area California for more than 11 years. I was totally disconnected from gardening. It was my dream to have a backyard and front yard where I can spend quality time doing gardening. But as you know in California, having a house with a big backyard and front yard is not that easy :). Then recently we moved to Texas. The first thing I bought when I moved to new home is, the "Pro 60V 21" Brushless Self-Propelled Lawn Mower" and today I used it the first time. Wow... simply amazing! This is an amazing tool and I really enjoyed mowing. I am new to this tool but it is very easy to assemble and use. Today I have ordered the Greenworks Trimmer and Blower too. Thanks to Greenworks for making my dream come true, and for making it come true in such a wonderful and loving way. I am sure, I will enjoy this tool.

I bought this mower several weeks ago. I have used it multiple times on my yard. It cuts beautifully, and is easy to maneuver. I can do front and back yards on one 4amp battery, which I was skeptical about...but, it did it! I am extremely pleased with the product, the build quality, and the bang for the buck. I couldn't be happier.

I’ve always had gas powered mowers but my husband convinced me to try out an electric, and I’m really glad we gave this mower a try. Our lot is 0.5 acres (minus the house and a couple of small gardens) and we were able to mow front and back with plenty of battery power to spare. We could have gotten away with a single battery but I do like having the backup second. I also like that you can use the same battery for multiple tools. This mower is definitely worth it if you’re looking for an electric.

I have about 5000 sq ft of lawn with hills as steep as 30 degrees in some areas, and this mower powers through without hesitation. The automatic hill-hold function is very nice, where it locks the drive wheels when you let off the drive levers until you push it forward a bit to release it. I can mow all my grass and then some on a single battery.

Great work so far. Easy to assemble and was able to follow instructions first time without any issues. Battery is good enough to mow my 15,000 sqft lawn with slopes. Self propelled functionality is great especially in slopes.
