Really like the mower. My only compliant, and it may be user error, is that it seems to stall out frequently over relatively minor contours in the yard. Otherwise, love the batteries, ease of cleaning, and weight of a fairly big mower.
This lawn mower is great. I resently retired and decided to start mowing our lawn myself. I haven't mowed a lawn in over 12 years. It was easy to assemble, and I was mowing in a few hours.
Nicely engineered yard mower. Easy to use and runs on one battery, or two. Nice Turbo feature for picking up leaves and debris and love the folding feature for storage. Have many Greenworks tools and this fits right in. Thanks Greenworks for another great product. Vince
Ok, just used my new 25” for the first time. Was very impressed with the run time. I have 2/3 of an acre (minus house and pool) and completed the mow with 2 bars left ( of 8 total with 2 batteries). Pictures don’t show it but I have a pretty good slope in the backyard. Only used self-propel a couple of times cuz I like mowing for exercise. Easier to push than my gas mower. After use, haven’t cleared out space in the garage for another mower, but didn’t matter. It folds up very easily, rolls on the wheels like a luggage carrier and stores in very little space. So now the reason for the 3 stars. The whole reason I bought the mower was so my wife could help me mow and get some exercise doing it. I’m 6’1” and the handlebar feels too high for me. My 5’4” wife tried it and said “no way!” When I push it up a hill I feel like I’m pushing the bar over my head and lifting the back tire off the ground. Not sure why it’s so high in the first place but should at least have an adjustment. My shoulders hurt after mowing from having been held so high and pushing at an awkward angle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Buzsaw,
We greatly appreciate your feedback and are glad you had some pros and cons to share with us. We use information like this and work with the various teams within Greenworks to market, design, and sell the products are customers want or need. When the user unfolds the handles from the folded position, there is one more additional slot that will allow the users to adjust to a lower setting. The mower handle adjusts up to 5.5” difference from the ground from the high setting to the low. We hope you will find this information helpful! Should you have any further questions or warranty needs, please contact Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline at 1-855-345-3934. Thank you for choosing Greenworks Tools for your garden needs!
Mostly, I am happy with the lawnmower. It is a bit heavier than I expected. However, the one thing that I really like is that I can finish mowing my lawn with the two batteries. I have a medium size lawn and I was afraid I might have to recharge the battery before completely cutting it. It doesn't cut as cleanly as our gas-powered John Deer, 30 year old mower, but it is acceptable. I am thankful that we are greener in our lawn-mowing.
This is one of the best decisions I have made in a long time regarding lawn care. We have a small yard, and don't need a bulky gas mower. And with the price of gas lately, going with battery power makes so much sense. The Greenworks Pro 60V mower is perfect for what we need. I can mow the entire lawn with one battery, and use the same battery to use our Greenworks string trimmer to clean up. The mower performs flawlessly and is easy to use. The bagging system is simple to use and empty. My only regret is that we didn't have this mower last year. I'm very happy that we made this purchase. We also have the Greenworks 18" chainsaw. Along with the mower and trimmer, we can now easily take care of our yard without having to mix gas with 2 cycle oil, or worry about changing oil in our machines, or with gas going stale in the off-season. The price of the mower may seem high, but when you factor the price of gas and maintenance costs, it will easily pay for itself in just a few seasons.
