I've had this mower for 2 summers. It has worked flawlessly. Very surprised at how powerful it actually is along with very good battery life.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've been meaning to write this awhile now but better late than never. I purchased this mower over Memorial Day weekend in 2018. It was to replace a push mower that was in it's 19th year. I had already replaced my string trimmer and my leaf blower with battery powered versions and had not regretted it for one minute. Well, I've not regretted this purchase either. I mow an acre and use the push mower for a lot of trimming work that usually takes up to a hour, (I'm pretty fussy about my lawn). I have a lot of trees with protruding roots and ditches to mow as well. In other words, I'm not mowing a golf course. This mower doesn't care. It's just plain rugged! The battery usually lasts the full hour unless I get into heavy, wet grass which will lower the the life by about 15 minutes or so. As far as the wet grass goes though, this thing just "kicks it up a notch" and keeps on mowing. Grass, weeds, leaves, small twigs, this mower chews them all up and leaves a nice finish behind. The only minor complaint I have is that the mower is very light in weight which you'd think wouldn't be something I'd complain about right? I've had to slow down though because if you go too fast over roots and bumps this thin will get airborne and then I have to mow the same area twice. So I slow down, not a big deal at all. Oh, and my ears have thanked me! Go get one of these before the next mowing season. You will NOT be disappointed.

Rather Nice

I received this mower as a gift from a friend and all in all, is a pretty nice mower. I love it’s automatic shut off feature when I happen to damage the blade or run over a “less than ideal” item. It’s always quick and easy to start/assemble, requires almost no maintenance, and is easy to adjust. However I was disappointed to note it’s continual difficulty with completing my 0.75 acre yard with a single charge and additional batteries are quite pricey. Second, the grass expelling port on the side would continually get clogged and shut off the mower. I actually had to keep a stick on hand just to flick it out. The padded handle for the push mower started to tear after the first month. In summary, I still think it’s a great mower and it is possible that I put a great amount of stress on the machine given that I posses a rather large natural area in my back yard and may have contributed to the inability to clear the task in one go but rather use another battery. I would recommend for small yards on flat or slightly elevated terrain.

Best mower I've ever owned!

I have six greenworks products... all are 60 volts and share the same batteries.. the self propelled lawn mower is awesome. One great thing is you can engage the self propelled feature to get you up a steep hill without spinning the blade if you want to. Great if going over tree roots that would hurt the blade. The automatic increase in power when you go through heavy thick grass and then throttling back down is sweet. No gas, no fumes, no filters to clean, no tune ups, no plugs to replace. Safety built in... anti roll back feature if your going up hill prevents it rolling back on you... Light weight, quick easy minor assembly right out of the box. Finishing up my first summer using this mower with not a single
disappointment. Buy it! You won't regret it.

I have not purchased this lawn mower but have seen it in the store. I am impressed by the build as it seems quite sturdy. I am very interested in a battery powered mower for my next mower since I have to get a battery to start one anyway - can't pull the cord anymore. And this just makes a lot of sense. The size is the same as my current one, so I'm happy with that!

21-Inch Self Propelled Brushless Lawn Mower

Very quite lawn mower. Does a great job; however, if the wheels are set low, it tends to get stuck if the surface being mowed is not level.
