Powerful, great warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great power, cuts nice, the self propelled mower drives through grass and up hill. The warranty is ironclad after mine broke, they replaced it, no questions asked, which is more than I can say about the gas powered mowers I've had. Very satisfied buyer, and glad I'm as ecological as possible.

WELL BUILT, GOOD BATTERIES....HOWEVER, HORRENDOUS REGISTRATION PROCESS. CAN'T JUST USE 2546202. HAVE TO REGISTER MOWER, CHARGER & EACH BATTERY SEPARATELY (ALL DIFFERENT MODEL #'S & SERIAL #'S) AND NONE OF THEN ARE ON THE BOX? AND YOU WAIT UNTIL THE END TO TELL ME THAT YOU NEED PHOTO RECEIPT UPLOADED? WELL, I BOUGHT ONLINE. SO WENT TO RETAILER, FOUND ONLINE DIGITAL RECEIPT, PRINTED AS PDF AND...OH, YOU DONT ACCEPT PDF'? SO I HAD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF MY COMPUTER MONITOR, DOWNLOAD TO COMPUTER AND...OH PICTURE IS OVER 10 MB (TOO BIG?) IN THE MEAN TIME EACH TIME I DID THIS AND WASNT ABLE TO ATTACH RECEIPT PHOTO, I HIT SAVE AND EXIT (NEVER TO BE FOUND AGAIN!!) I EVEN CREATED AN ACCOUNT, ADDED MY MOWER TO "PURCHASED ITEMS" IN HOPES THAT FOR EACH ITEM I REGISTERED, MAYBE IT WOULD REMEMBER OR AUTO FILL IN PERSONAL INFORMATION, BUT NOPE! SO, I SERIOUSLY DOUBT I WILL EVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN UNLESS YOU CAN FIX THESE ISSUES. GOOD GRIEF!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased! The unit is heavy, so I had to be careful taking it out of the box. Should have help removing. After reviewing instructions (yes, I'm a man and I follow directions.) , assembly was a cinch. With two batteries to charge, it took about 15 minutes each,. Batteries snapped into place and the unit was ready to go.

Do not buy this

Bought this back in April, dead battery after 6 uses. Battery shows 3 bars and yet its dead and flashing light on the charger. These batteries are horrible and I regret my purchase. I live on a very small lot less than 6k sq ft and i have a pretty big house so my lot is small. Grass in summer does not grow tall so you can cut every two to three weeks. I also leave my grass taller and yet new out of the box you cannot mow the front and back yard. In fact the mower decides it needs more power at random even if im just on the sidewalk(did a test to see) Also I do not get to use the self propel feature as that would surely make it last even less time. Im not cutting my grass short, im not using self propel, im mowing less than 45oo sq ft of yard after you factor in house footprint. I store and charge according to owners manual and this up to one acre mower cannot finish and drains both batteries dry. So you let them cool off for about an hour then charge and then go again. Its a joke. tried to use the cs chat and they cannot even spell our right. Please see "OUT" live agent hours below. SMH.

As a first troubleshooting step, please try resetting the charger: unplug it for approximately 10 minutes, then plug it back in and reinsert the battery. Make sure the battery is firmly seated in the compartment—you should hear a distinct click or snap indicating proper placement.
Here are a few additional steps that often help:
Remove the battery and reseat it firmly in the charger to ensure full contact.
Let the battery cool in a well-ventilated area if the charger flashes red, even if it doesn’t feel hot.
Try charging with a different compatible battery, if available, to determine whether the issue is with the battery or the charger.
Inspect battery terminals for dirt or debris and clean gently if needed.
Typically, two 5.0Ah batteries provide up to 70 minutes of mowing under normal conditions, though runtime can vary with grass height, mowing frequency, and terrain. The mower’s automatic “power boost” feature can also cause it to ramp up unexpectedly, even on lighter resistance.
