Just bought my first house so had to buy my first lawnmower. It was a great choice. Self-propelled speed matches my pace perfectly (I'm 6 foot). Mower kept up with me and the demand of my slightly tall grass. Did .3 acre in 45 minutes and emptied one battery. Quiet mower as well. Wonderful product!
I purchased this lawn mower a out a month ago and it has been a wonderful product!!! I had an electric powered lawn mower before but the inconvenience made me changed to battery operated cordless type. This lawn is light, quiet and it cuts like any gas type and it has the same power. The battery last about an hour, but because this is such a great product, I replaced all my tools with Greenworks. I purchased a string trimmer, a hedge trimmer and a axial blower so now I have 4 batteries! I just love this products!
We downsized to a smaller house and a smaller yard. We donated all our gas powered lawn equipment when we moved, planning to use a lawn service going forward. After 6 months of settling in we decided to take over the lawn work, and not wanting to store gas in an attached garage, researched electric lawn equipment. The Greenworks mower has cut our small yard - ~.30 acre - several times, and it does a excellent job. It is much lighter than a gas powered mower, very quiet, easy to push if you don’t want to use the self propelled feature. There’s no pulling the starter rope stuff to deal with, no messy petroleum products to deal with, and it folds into a small storage foot print.
Super easy to use! We bought this for our teenage son to use for his lawnmowing business, and we feel like it safe and simple for him to operate. We haven’t had it for very long so hopefully it will be a five-star experience for us, but it does seem super safe and cuts the lawn well so
I enjoyed moving my lawn this weekend with the cordless battery power. My lot is just .2 acre little terrain(slope towards the backyard) and I had to charge it twice. With reviews and specification i was expecting single battery to hold for the small lot we are in, so little disappointing.

Hello Praveen
Thank you for sharing your experience with your cordless GreenWorks lawn mower. We are sorry to hear you are The first cut of the season does require more work. When grass length is varied, sparse in one area and denser in another area, and is above the ideal height of 4" the mower may lay the grass over and this can result in an uneven or uncut grass.
Here are a few tips to ensure the best results: If the grass has been left to exceed 4", we advise that you raise the cutting height and cut no more than 1/3 of the length of grass at a time, wait a couple of days and do another 1/3, cut when grass is dry and walk at steady pace to allow the blade to work more efficiently. As the lawn becomes consistently maintained you will see the cut improve. I hope these tips help.
