Lightweight and great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight and great for a non self-propelled push mower. This thing was really easy to set up and use. I've had it for two weeks and used it multiple times with no issues and I hope that continued. Really appreciate the battery life of this thing and did not have any problems with that. 10/10 would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good mower for the lot I have! It is maneuverable, easy to operate, and sufficiently powerful. Battery life is good; it only used half of the charge to do my entire lot.

Unreliable and annoying

I’ve now used the mower for two years. When it runs, it does a good job…but. It stall if you try to cut anything but low grass. Medium, tall, or wet grass clogs the blade and the motor stops with a beep. The only way I can restart the mower is to reach under and manually spin the blade. I have sharpened both blades twice. Now the self propel mechanism stalls the mower.

If the handle is not locked in place properly the mower will not start or stall out after a few seconds. Please try unlocking and folding down the handle and pull it back up until it clicks in properly. Always turn off the mower, remove the battery, and allow the blade to come to a complete stop before attempting to clear a jam or work on the underside of the mower. If you have exhausted all troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, contact us through Live Chat on www.greenworkstools.com or call Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline 1-855-345-3934.
