The Good:
Batteries last better than advertised! Actually, much better!
Mulching is pretty good. Still early Spring grass, but seems to handle the thick patches well.
Mower is easy to push when not using self propelled. Unlike gas mower that you can feel the self propel dragging you down if you try to just push it.
It's quiet! Really quiet. My wife said she can't hear it in the house when I'm mowing.

Handle is either too high or too low. The two adjustments are significant.
Self propelled speed is either full on or a crawl. And the full on isn't terribly quick.

Overall, I'd buy it again without thinking twice. Nice not to mess with gas and mows every bit as well as the Honda mower it replaced.

Although the mower is a perfectly good mower, Greenworks provides no customer or sales support. It is almost impossible to contact Greenworks either by phone, chat or email. In addition, although Greenworks provides various tools that use the same batteries, it is impossible to buy a tool only, even if you already have a battery and charger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second mower of this model. The first one lasted about 4 years. The self propeller motor gave out, needed to be replaced. Greenworks does not supply a replacement motor for this feature. Not able to substitute another motor as it needs to fit into a specific encasement. Researched other brands however I really liked this mower so I decided to gamble on another one. Hoping to get more years from my second mower. Fingers crossed!
