Good Mower so Far

Bought this mower about 6 weeks ago and so far it works good but I would like it to cut grass a litter more even, self propelled function works good also. So far I like it.

I BOUGHT THIS MOWER FOR MY WIFE, SHE LOVES IT AND LOVES CUTTING THE GRASS WITH IT,I'M HANDICAPPED SO IT HELPS MAKE MY LIFE A LOT EASIER !

Efficient and fairly quiet. It's a step-up for me to have a self-propelled mower and I like it. But the machine and battery are much heavier than the 19" Greenworks mower I've had for 5 years.

Lawnmower not made for thick grass!

This lawnmower isn't made for cutting thick grass. I have two batteries, and they both went dead on me trying to cut the back yard. Very disappointed and now I have an incomplete yard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the run time that you are receiving. The run time of a lawnmower is dependent on the load acting against the unit and fluctuates depending on the height setting, the terrain, grass height, type of grass, whether you are mulching etc - there are so many factors to consider. The run-time of a battery would depend on the load acting on the unit while in use (speed, terrain, unit height, grass height, and density). Please be aware that the more power being used from the lawn mower (i.e. lawn mower speed, terrain, grass height, density, etc.), the faster the battery charge will drain. Here are a few tips to help you extend the run time. 1) Set the mower to the highest cutting height (or 1/3 of the length of grass), mow no more than 1/3 of the total length at a time. 2) Mow in the morning or late afternoon to reduce the heat stress on newly cut grass. 3) Make sure that the grass is dry. We hope these tips will help you with the issue you have encountered, however, if they do not please kindly contact GreenWorks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or by email on info@greenworkstools.com.

I've had a few lawn movers in my time, but this is by far the best. It's well-built, has great features, and does a fabulous job of mowing. I especially like the ability to control the self propelling feature. This cuts my mowing time in half!

got this a few months ago its ruined gas mowers for me. Great build quality, plenty of battery my 1/4 acre lot doesn't even put a dent in the charge, this unit is super quiet, I love that it folds up for storage and I never have to worry about spark plugs, oil or gas. Only minor complaint is that there seems to be a small ramp up when you engage the self propel mode, but I've gotten use to it.
Love this mower!
