Bought this to take over lawn mowing thanks to the Covid19 stay at home order. Picked this as I have a snow thrower that uses the same battery. Works great and finishes the job faster than I expected, with the self propelled feature. Only complaint is one battery isn't enough in one go and I bought a second battery which solved the problem.
Used for a couple of times. It stopped working for some reason. Likely the battery issue. If you want talk to them, be prepared to wait for a whole day as right now I am in queue of 170 people!! So frustrating. Worst buying experience ever.
I have had the mower for a month now and I am very pleased with it. I am very happy with the cut, isn't that all that matters? But the noise level! Have you ever tried having a conversation while cutting the grass? This mower sounds more like a vaccum, easy on the ears and yes you can have a conversation with someone while cutting the grass. Perfect for our yard and it only takes about an hour to charge the battery prior to cutting the grass.
I purchased this cordless 60V mower and I am very happy I made the right decision. It is not too noisy like a gas mower. The blades were sharp and cut through weeks like crazy. I have a corner plot, hence mowing area is more. But I was able to use it with single charge and using self propelling feature. I highly recommend this product.
i bought this mower a month ago and have been extremely satisfied with the performance. It is super easy to operate, extremely efficient and noiseless. This is the first electric lawn mower I have bought and will not go back
The battery that comes with the machine runs about 12 minutes. I bought another battery and it still runs less than 25 minutes.

Hello anonymous
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the runtime on this product. Please note that there are many factors that can affect the overall run time. The run-time of a battery would depend on the load acting on the unit while in use (speed, terrain, unit height, grass height, and density). Please be aware that the more power being used from the lawn mower (i.e. lawn mower speed, terrain, grass height, density, etc.), the faster the battery charge will drain. Here are a few other tips to help get the most out of the battery run time and achieve a cleaner cut: 1) Set the mower to the highest cutting height (or 1/3 of the length of grass), mow no more than 1/3 of the total length at a time. 2) Mow in the morning or late afternoon to reduce the heat stress on newly cut grass and ensure that grass is dry. 3) Alternate mowing patterns each time you mow. As grass develops a grain based on your cutting direction it will lean towards the direction of your mowing path. Changing the pattern allows better vertical growth and helps to keep the cut neater. For best results keep the grass under 4" in length and walk at a slow but steady pace to allow the blades to cut efficiently. We hope these tips will help you with the issues you have encountered, however, if they do not please contact GreenWorks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or by email on info@greenworkstools.com so that we can discuss these matters with you further.
