This is a great Lawn mower. I have a 5000 sq ft yard. I use half the battery. So much better than my gas mower.

Great, but

Take’s some getting use to. Appears to be made well, but the controls are less than desirable. I noticed they have discontinued this model and the replacement for it has a more conventional design for the controls and handle. Also. They have done away with the headlights and second battery, both of which seemed to be geared more towards marketing than functionality. It seems to have plenty of power but if you’re grass is high, heavy, or wet, the battery discharge is noticeably shortened. I think I will grow to like it more as time goes on. It appears well made.

I finally broke down and purchased this mower. An awesome machine for sure. Battery life is great. Yard looks so neatly manicured after cut.

Don't buy any products from these people! If anything goes wrong you can't get these people on the phone, tries for months, waited hour's on the phone and then gets cut off. I have a brand new mower with a piece of crap battery. I am thinking this is the problem. Really don't know for sure. Cranks for a minute and cut's off like no power.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Caroline 70,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with this battery. Here are a few suggestions to check out. 1) Ensure that the charger is working. When the charger is plugged in you should see a solid red light on the left to indicate power. When the battery is inserted, the right light should also ignite solid red to indicate that it is charging. If this light on the right is not igniting or is flashing red, this may indicate an issue and we would be interested in hearing more about this. 2) Ensure that the battery has been fully inserted into the charger. Sometimes this requires a firm push into place to make sure that it has been properly seated. 3) Try resetting the charger. To do this, simply unplug it for approximately 10 minutes and then plug it back in and try reinserting the battery. If the charger has been plugged in for extended periods of time, this can sometimes cause the charger to malfunction.
We hope these tips will help you. We do apologize for the delay in responding to your requests. We have recently encountered a very high volume of emails and phone calls. Pretty Good

I loved my greenworks weed eater so I got this mower and overall I think it’s great. I do feel like sometimes the blade isn’t getting all the grass strands (even when on turbo). Some points I have to go over multiple times (been like this since day 1 of owning this product) but I would still use this any day over my gas powered mower

Excellent machine

Purchased the machine on Labor Day to replace gasoline powered unit. Needed to get away from the pull start. We could not be happier! Size of our area, we complete mowing on one charge. The machine delivers a smooth even cut. Self propelled feature is great. Picks up the fallen leaves without extra effort. The machine is significantly quieter than a gasoline machine. We especially like the option of operating self propelled without running the blade.
