As of this review we have used the lawn mower 3 times. We do like it but still trying to get used to an electric vs a gas mower. Not a bad thing but just how long do the batteries last, should we charge after each mowing, how to use the handle correctly. Nothing is hard about using the new mower just different. We think we will really like it as time goes on. So far it has been cutting nicely. The bag is smaller than our gas mower but we are doing fine with it. Does a nice job of cutting the grass.

Light, easy, and efficient

I was skeptical about battery performance after reading some of the reviews, but so far I'm impressed by the performance. We only use one battery's worth of power on our 1/4 acre lot using the self-propelle half the time. Mowing our neighbor's yard on a hot day used up one battery and one line of the other. It is lighter to use, easy to start, and minimal noise. My 16 year old mowes the lawn and with the old gas mower he would be covered in sweat by the end, with this mower he hardly breaks a sweat. Great buy and I highly recommend it to others.

The lawnmower is excellent. It has enough power to cut my thick grass and still move at a fast speed. I am impressed that a battery-operated lawnmower has so much power. The first mower I received had a problem with the speed control-- it only went one speed. Customer service was great and sent me another mower which I received in 2-3 days. Greenworks has great customer service.

Better marketing than product

Lots of nice features, only complaint is very poor quality mulching compared to my former gas mower!
Also seems flimsy after a steel deck mower!
Would trade even up for good used gas mulcher like my former Honda!

Great mower

This is exactly what I wanted in a mower. Always starts and no oil or gas to worry about. It's very quiet and the tires won't go flat. It's heavy as it has a steel deck which is awesome. It does have some things that need improvement, self propelled speed switch sometimes moves on it's own. And the wheels are slow to disengage.
Pros: Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective

Great tool, however the batteries are bad quality

Greenworks blocked me from commenting on their FB posts.
I love the mower, but the batteries are crap. I have the 21 inch brushless mower 60 volts. My brand new battery lasted for 1.5 hrs of mowing in June 2022, by August 2022 it took hours to fully charge and only lasted 20 minutes.
So all I have said is buy twice the chargers and 3 times the batteries. Until the company starts making better quality batteries to match their mowers
They blocked me, so I guess that means they have no plans of getting higher quality batteries
I love the mower but the batteries poor quality ruins it

I recently purchased the 60 volt lawnmower. It is my first electronic lawnmower. I was very happy with the performance and power that it has. I normally don't post reviews but I had to on this as it is well above my expectations. Great mower.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Effective, Powerful
