I have had this mower for over a year. I love it. I am a 63yr old female and I use it to cut all my lawns on my one acre property in North Carolina. There are hilly and bumpy areas. I have mowed large woody weeds up to 3 feet high. I have two batteries to finish the job. The self propelled feature is great. 10 stars.
I have used Craftsman battery lawn mower and Honda Gas lawn mover. I have never experienced a smooth cutting and quick mowing of my yard in 30 mins. I can see the battery life is still good after I cut the grass of my yard which is 1/2 acre. I love it. Its worth buying!!!. The Lawn mower is lightweight and my wife also loves to cut the grass.
I was very hesitant to buy a lawnmower that was battery powered being a golf course mechanic for more then forty years but I was very curious to try one after using it a few times now I’m so impressed with the power and the ease of using I’m sorry I waited so long I’ve just ordered the hand held blower and I’m looking so forward to trying and using it it’s one of the finest cutting lawnmower what a great quality of cut machines I have had the pleasure of using and I’ve had the opportunity to use many different machines I can’t recommend there products more
I bought this in the spring to cut my 25 x100 yard so glad I did it works great! No mess with gas or oil, just plug in the battery and go! Didn’t think I needed the headlights till fall came and then cut the yard twice in the dark. I also picked up a 60v leaf blower so I now have a second battery to use in the mower if I need it. Easy to store.
My 30 year old gas mower finally gave up. I had decided when it did I was going cordless, and this mower is a perfect replacement. Fit and finish is great, has a solid feel but is VERY light weight. That allows me to not have to use the self propelled feature all that often. This mower isn't much if any louder than a box fan running on high which is nice, no need for ear plugs any longer.
Using the 5 mA battery I was able to mulch a heavy layer of leaves in the front yard and then use the bag to pick them up. The mower ran quite a lot at it's higher speed mulching the leaves and when I was done I still had 1 bar left on the battery. I will add that the mower never did bog down or struggle mulching the heavy layer of leaves. After 5 minutes or so on the charger the battery showed 2 bars so I figure it took just slightly over 3 bars to do the job.
