I bought this mower a couple of months ago. It cut the new sod to three inches from about 4-5 inches. the lawn is now cut to 2.5 inches for the winter.

anytime my son using the Pro 60V Brushless 21 not a word of complaining Lol. I've agreed with him because it is easy to use, light to operate, feel dependable, the batteries stay charged after an hour used on one battery, the other never have to use and so far, we are incredibly happy.

Nice and Lightweight

My wife said she would help with the grass cutting if I got her a lightweight mower because our Top of the Line Gas Mower was too heavy and hard to maneuver. I went to the Internet and started looking at the Battery Rechargeable Mowers. I eventually landed on the Green works website and all the reviews I read were positive so I decided to take a chance.
After reading all the material I charged the 2 batteries and put it to work. It is so lightweight and easy to maneuver that I gave it to my wife to give it her blessing. She loves it and agreed we made the right choice.
The 2 Batteries Charged in less than an hour which is convenient. I can actually mow the entire yard on 1 Charge so I'm parking my gas mower and just using the Green Works. It is leaf dropping time where we live and the mower does an excellent job picking up leaves with the Rear Bag attached.
I inadvertently discovered a nice safety feature that I didn't see covered in the Manual. When the mower is stored in the vertical position and the batteries and key are installed, you can't start the mower. This is especially critical because the blade is exposed so there is no way you can accidentally get the blade spinning in this position.
I would definitely recommend this mower. If anyone is apprehensive using a battery operated mower, like I was, rest assured this mower will do the job of any gas mower on a reasonably lot size.

I was skeptical about switching to an electric mower, especially after trying another brand that was basically a toy. But this is the real deal--my neighbor actually thought it was a gas mower when he first saw it. I was most worried about the battery life, but I can do my whole mowing routine in less than one battery charge. Plus the charger is so fast! And the vertical storage option is a game changer.
