I bought this 3 weeks ago mowed my lawn for the first time this year and it worked better than any gas power mower I have ever had. It bags better than Honda Craftsman and John Deere. Told my wife this was the best purchase since we got married!

This is a superior mower compared to my last battery powered mower. It stops, starts, and turns with ease!! And it fits in with our quality family of other Greenworks tools, the string edger and blower. And no, don’t work for them, I’m a customer.

The lawnmower is great but I knocked it down a star because of the poor documentation. Very small print and grainy black and white pictures that don't show enough detail made the assembly harder than it had to be. Especially since it turned out to be easy to assemble.
No complaints with the lawnmower itself. It had no problem with thick early spring grass or bumpy uneven terrain. I have a small yard but hardly made a dent in the battery.
You do have to release the self-propelled lever early if you want to back it up or the wheels will be locked, but that's just part of learning to use it correctly.
