If you plan on using the self-propelled for any amount of time you will not get more than 1 hour and 15-20 minutes on both batteries. I like everything else about the mower.

After living in a condo for a number of years, I moved into a new home with a large yard. I am so excited to get back to doing yard work! But at 66 I was worried about whether I could still do it. After reading lots of reviews, I went with the dual battery 21” self-propelled model. It is amazing! I really enjoy the low noise level, the batteries are going through just over half of their capability, and now my husband volunteers to take a turn because it’s so easy with the self propelled feature (first time I’ve had one). I am mowing bumpy new St . Augustine grass, and it’s easy and cuts perfectly.

I love, love, love this lawn mower. Previously I used Kobalt lawnmowers that were not self-propelled. Turning 70 years old I decided I needed a self-propelled cause mowing the yard was turning into an all day affair. This lawn mower has been a blessing. It is easy to maneuver around the lawn and manipulate the handles, knobs, and key. The batteries easily slide into their compartments in the mower and are easily removed and charged. They are rapidly charged in the charger. Mowing the yard is no longer an all day affair. Thank goodness and thank you Greenworks.

Waited two weeks for them to get back in stock and another week to get delivered and it doesn’t work. Total disappointment. I guess I should’ve went with that other brand mower they won’t let me say the name of.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Make sure you get two batteries!

My lawn is small but there wasn't quite enough battery juice to do the whole thing on one battery. I had misread the product sheet, and thought one would suffice. I ended up purchasing another battery. After that, it's been smooth sailing. I like that the handle folds down and it has a small footprint when not in use. It has good power and cuts well. It's nice to be free of a gas machine.
