[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy Frontier watch died and I upgraded to the Watch 5. The watch functions perfectly, but the design took a step backwards IMO. No rotating bezel--boo. Also, there is now a flat black ring around all watch faces about 3/8" wide. It just looks weird and it makes the watch face look smaller than before. The rotating bezel used to hide this unusable space so the watch face appeared to fill up the whole screen. Not a fan of the relatively large empty black space around the watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy I did the upgrade from watch 3 was always a fitbit user switched to galaxy watch and won't go back. Best new feature on 5 is battery life. Lasts much longer and new fast charger charges in 2 hours max. Also not as heavy at first I missed the rotating bezel but happy you can still rotate the edge same feature. Overall very satisfied!
Awful battery, it barely lasts 15-16hrs. I wouldn't use even if it was free.

Greetings Nishanth, Thank you for finding the unobstructed time out of your bustling day to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy Watch5. We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most ideal experiences while using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Your Galaxy Watch5 and the Galaxy Watch4 models come with their own power saving mode. When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode. Check out the articles I have linked below titled, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" and "Keep your Samsung smart watch running in top shape" for some great tips on getting the most out of your Galaxy Watch5's battery. Please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support if you have any questions, if you would like to share any additional feedback with us, or if you would like help troubleshooting your device. Thank you for being a dedicated Samsung customer. - Debra
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked my Galaxy Active2, which is compatible with my iPhone. The new watches are not. I wasn’t aware when I ordered the 5 and wasted time trying to activate it and going through multiple phone calls trying to figure out why it wouldn’t connect to my phone and ultimately returning it. Poor business decision, eliminating so many customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new watch. Easy to use vibrant screen. The only thing I have to get used to is not having the dial like my old galaxy watch had. I miss that part but I'm getting used to just using the touch screen. And I saw complaints about battery life. My battery lasts 2 full days with no problem. My other watch lasted about the same time so no complaints about battery for me

Upgrade from my S2.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrade from my S2 and simply putting this watch on is so much better. The band is silky soft yet feels strong. The pictures are beautiful! The one I'm uploading is a flower from my yard and it looks as good on the watch as it does on my phone. The watch has a beautiful display. It's also much, much easier set up and adjust settings with the Galaxy Wearable App. My S2 was harder for me to set up and seemed more complicated. This one is streamlined and makes it so simple. I love it!
