While it does a good job protecting, this case is overpriced and colors are misleading. Also very slippery, I’ve dropped it quite frequently since purchasing. Also, it’s very uncomfortable to hold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slim case with MagSafe. My main concern is that the MagSafe connection doesn't feel to strong. I have dropped my phone and it would fly off. It easily slides off if you move it to the right or left but seems stronger if you left it up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear you're not feeling overly confident in the magnetic capability of the Symmetry Series+ Case. Tough to say for sure if the internal MagSafe-compatible component of the case is functioning as intended, given that the jarring nature of an impact could certainly cause an accessory to come free. And separation will generally be easier side to side like you mentioned.

I love that my phone is protected and also works with MagSafe. My phone goes on all of my runs and I run a lot! This case keeps it safe and gives me piece of mind. Additionally, it fits securely on my MagSafe chargers and car adapters. I love it!

This looks like it would be a great case, the quality is great and the details are beautiful, but unfortunately the ones that were sent are not MAGSAFE. The first one I ordered came and it was Symmetry Series, not Symmetry Series + with MagSafe. I contacted Otterbox and they sent a second one that was also supposed to be Symmetry Series + withMagSafe, but it wasn't either. The representative I spoke to and I think the description on the website is incorrect, that it should be Symmetry Series Wireless Charging Compatible. So, if you want the MagSafe case, note that you may not get it. Otterbox customer service was great and I have the RMA to return both of the cases that were sent to me.

Size is perfect, grip is good, and protection seems to be very adequate. Only issue is there are sharp corners near the bottom where the groove is located.
