Color is different

Color not as imagined or looked like online. Wish it was dark like the photo, that’s navy look.
Instead looks more blue blue if that makes sense. Anywho great product but no digging the color, should have stuck to black.

I bought this case about 7 months ago and its tearing in 2 spots already. Ive bought otter cases for all of my phones since 2011 and they never broke for the life of the phone. Im a big fan u could say... Not impressed with this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needs more color options

I have used Symmetry cases through all of my iPhones and have loved them. Good size, weight, texture, protection, but not too bulky. However with these MagSafe compatible ones they only come in a few boring colors, plus a pink. I wish there were more that looked nice with the purple iPhone I have. I switched back to my non-MagSafe teal colored one just for the look of it. I wish this one came in that same teal color or a complementing soft purple!

Good but slick

I really like the fit, but it seems so slippery to me slides around in my car or hand, for some reason doesn't seem like a lot of friction. Preferred my apple case with square edges but lasted only about a year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought my case through the Apple store, and after a year of use the case has stretched out to the point my phone will fall out once in a while and the buttons don’t line up to the case. The case as discoloured around the edges, but that was the least of my worries.

Where's the grippiness?

I've used OtterBox cases for my phones for almost a decade now and I've long loved using their products because I've always found the cases to have VERY grippy rubber. Thick, thin, I don't really care what the case looks like as long as it's GRIPPY and doesn't feel like it's going to slide out of my hand.
Based on this case and the Figura cases, I'm not sure I'll be using OtterBox products in the future. The hard plastic on the Symmetry+ case is great, it's stiff and gives me the impression it will protect my phone. However, what little rubber that is on the Symmetry+ case, is NOT grippy at all, which is no surprise given that there's hardly any rubber on the entire case. Additionally, the plastic itself has a very slight rough texture that's supposed to help with grip but it's almost smooth. How were these "pocket friendly" cases tested for usability? Did anyone actually HOLD their phones in these cases? Did anyone actually USE these cases during testing? These things are ridiculously slick compared to the very same Symmetry cases for the iPhone 11s. I have a Symmetry Clear case for my iPhone 11 Pro and while it has a slick clear back, the entire sides are WRAPPED with millimeters of grippy rubber. This Symmetry+ case has maybe 30% of the rubber from the case it supplanted!
The port covers are great and roomy, the volume buttons are responsive. However, the power button is almost unusable. It is a mere bump on the case and is not as tall as the volume buttons are...on the other side of the same case. This lack of button height makes the power button feel much more stiff and harder to press.
I feel this case misses the mark for the Symmetry line and certainly won't be going on my future phone purchases.
