Bought this about a month ago shortly after getting my new iPhone X. Don't regret it one bit! At this point I've had Otterbox covers on my last 2 phones and had zero complaints. They protect the phone very well from your normal drops. They're simple and sturdy without being too bulky. Easily fits into my front pocket. The new cover also has a slight rubbery texture on the back to alleviate it from slipping off smooth surfaces. Definite plus in my book. I was also concerned it might be too thick to allow use of a Qi wireless charger I picked up. Works and charges with no problem.

Bought the whole case and clip three weeks ago, clip broke within two weeks had to order a new one not impressed

We apologize that the belt clip broke so quickly, but not to worry - our awesome Otters are ready to hook you up with a brand new replacement. Just give them a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll process a warranty claim in no time at all!

I have used the Defender Series on my first Android, iPhone 4, 4S, 5C, 5S, 6S and now the X. I was concerned when I found out the X case does not have the plastic insert, but adding the glass to it is much better, no more scratches.

I bought this for my new iPhone X because otterbox defender cases are the only cases I will trust for my phone. I dropped my old phones many times during the day and my screen never cracked. On this new phone I have dropped it only a few so far and the case holds up and my phone isn’t cracked. I honestly only trust this case for my new phone.
