Bought the whole case and clip three weeks ago, clip broke within two weeks had to order a new one not impressed

While the phone enclosure is excellent, the belt clip is a weak point. I've already placed it once and it's broken again. The second time it broke, I was just getting in the car and it brushed up against the seat and snapped. I doubt I'l spend the money to replace it again. If you're going to do any work with it clipped to your belt, I strongly suggest you take it off before doing anything that involves working on the ground, or remove it before getting in your vehicle.

Same quality as I have come to expect from Otter Box. I have never used anything other than otter box. DOES NOT include a screen protector. For the price one should be included. I will not be buying another one without a screen protector included.

We apologize that you're not totally loving the screenless style of this Defender series! We purposely decided to not include a built-in screen protector on this design in order to offer full, uninterrupted access to the curved display. Any sort of integrated shield could potentially cause a decrease in touch response, which is not the sort of seamless experience that we're going for!
For those that are looking for additional protection and peace of mind upfront, so to speak, we do offer an Alpha Glass screen protector that matches perfectly with the Defender case. The phone doesn’t fit in the holder. It’s an IPhone 10 and it’s too small for the holder. You didn’t say you had to gave an IPhone protector made by otter to fit in the holder.

True, that belt clip does have to be used in conjunction with the Defender case itself in order to fit the iPhone X/Xs, since the holster clips into either side of the case to create a secure connection. The belt clip does come with the Defender, but we also sell it separately since customers occasionally like to customize their case or buy spare parts.
