It’s fantastic and very easy to use.

Absolute Garbage!

So far in over a month of having this printer I have gotten 1! yes ONE good print out of it. It has completely destroyed 2 hot ends and 2 front covers trying to get that one print to print a 2nd time. And all I am printing is a single piece bracket about 2 inch square by 3 inch tall from CR-PETG using the cre3ality slicer and settings.

Great concept bad execution, horrible hotend, Have owned for a week and printed the included scraper with horrid results. With they spent a bit more time with the supposed auto leveling, why have a calibration/leveling that doesn't compensate for the results?
Cheap extruder gears and clunky motion system that binds at center. I had high hopes and this was a complete letdown. Why they didn't toss the K2 Plus hotend on this printer is baffling.

What an upgrade!

My only other 3D Printer was the Ender 5-Plus. My work requires larger prints, so most 3D printers just don't have the print volume I need. My old one was having issues with layer adhesion, however, I was hesitant to drop the money on this one, but Creality has really stepped up their game. The incredibly fast print speed nearly tripled my capacity (without turning on my old one). The direct drive extruder means clogs and jams are reduced to next to nothing. The flexible build plate makes model removal very easy compared to the glass on my old one. The user interface is much easier to work with, and coupled with the Wi-Fi capability it makes knowing what is going on much clearer. The much sturdier frame exudes rigidity, and one of my most favorite parts is that the filament spool holder is on the outside. On my Ender 5-Plus it was inside the frame, so for tall builds if I had to change the filament mid-print, I could not get the spool out because the print bed was blocking it. All in all, EVERYTHING is better.

Easy setup, and easy to use!
Went from the 5 plus tk 5 max and haven't been happier! From cutting the box tape to hitting print on my first piece, 2 hours tops! Parts are coming out beautifully! Time to work on fine-tuning the settings!

Ender 5 Max will not bind to cloud

Purchased 2 Ender 5 Max and 8 K1 Max printers. All 8 K1s had no issue binding to the cloud. However, neither of the 2 Ender 5s will bind to the cloud. All printers are on the same network. :(

Great printer besides the hotend clogging on the 2nd day and not working now even after cleaning it multiple times ,other than that i wish they included a extra hotend but the printer is built with great qualit parts besides the hotend
