The program was easy to use and very helpful. The only improvement I could suggest is transferring the banking information completely from the federal to the state so I don't have to type in the numbers so many times for a refund.

Usually Good, But Need to Complete in H&R Order

Generally works well but I would like to be able to speak with a live rep with specific questions. Filed a grandson's return with NY as a resident state and NJ as a non resident state and options for electronic refunds and payments were not working properly.
