In all the years I have used this was the second time the program had issues. ÌT would freeze. I would still use the program.I would have liked to been able to talk too a real person. I could not find that option.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is a good program for income tax. One thing is I can’t print a display and only tax forms. I finally took a phone picture of it and sent it to my computer to be printed.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

The software was flawed, giving different results depending on how the data was entered or reviewed. This issue was supposed to be reviewed by the programming team, after which I was to be advised, but even after checking each week for an update, none was ever given.
